Customer service was great. Room AC didn’t work right and wouldn’t stop heating when we were trying to cool the room down. There was an intense sewer gas smell on our floor the morning of checkout. Things happen I understand that. We paid some good money for last minute accommodations and feel like we overspent. We will find a new location next visit. Staff and breakfast was great!

Don't stay here!

Bath tub did not drain well at all and was very dirty with nonslip tape peeling off. Window was missing a pull down filter shade. TV hotel menu did not work and was not a smart TV (no way to do Netflix, Hulu, etc.). At the lounge bar, the lady didn't know anything about drinks, didn't even know what type of glass to put wine in!

Lukewarm

Stayed for a business trip. The good: Beds clean and comfortable, gym has decent equipment and space. Staff was courteous and friendly. The not so good: First night shower was lukewarm/cold. I had just finished a workout so the cold water was alright. I tried to shower the next morning and it felt colder. I let the front desk know and they said they would send maintenance up to fix it while I was out that day. I returned late that evening and went to shower and the water was still lukewarm/cold. The faucet at the sink had hot water but not the shower. Standing next to my bed I felt crumbs under my feet. And looked under the bed to find food bits (definitely not my food), trash, and a dog rawhide. I let the staff know upon checkout and they told me they would add points to my Hyatt account to come a half a night next time I stay.

I had booked a month in advance and the day of I was notified that they had overbooked so I was placed in another room and when I arrived a big section outside the bathroom door and the rug was soaking wet so I don’t think that should be happening for the price of the room
