nice house, great pool, nice hot tub.
Nice roomy house as advertised. Nice kitchen. Very clean and upgraded. We used the hot tub every day. More for adults than kids. Full sized pool table with extra large tv in large open living room, very comfortable couches. Good for our dog.

Great home in a perfect location
Really nice, well-stocked home in a great location. Lots of pool players in our group, so the pool table was a hit. It seems we may have had a bachelor/bachelorette group ahead of us as all the propane was used up and according to the hot tub guy, the hot tub was in extra bad shape (which we realized after we all hopped in & everyone who was exposed got rashes & had to be put on antibiotics). So, that was a rough end to our trip, but other than the outdoor areas, the home was really nice.

This house was a perfect rental for a short trip to Scottsdale. Very comfortable for our small group - nice big kitchen, comfortable couch/tv area. We enjoyed the lawn games and jacuzzi. Nice location - near the 101 - easy to get anywhere. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this place! So much to do. It was perfect for hanging out with friends and family. It was also centrally located to all the best stuff in Scottsdale. We didn’t have internet for the first two days but the owner worked diligently to fix it and kept in contact with us.

Great Getaway
Our group had a great time at the house, plenty of options to entertain inside and outside for all ages. Pool was great to relax in during the warm weather and the hot tub was very relaxing to enjoy in the evening, even with the Arizona heat. Interior was comfortable and cozy, equipped in the kitchen and nice to have the pool table and karaoke corner. The kids in the group enjoyed the themes in the bedrooms. Clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The property is as pictured. The location was great for us, close to a lot places we go to. The items mentioned in a previous review that were broke, were still broke. There were a few other things we noticed that were broken, like karaoke mics (but still worked), putter, ( we shared the one working one. ) These things did not hamper our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall the property was good. The location, communication from the owner, kitchen supplies, appliances and cleanliness were great. A couple of things were broken (bar sink, closet doors, ceiling fan) but it is a rental so you expect that. A few inconveniences were there’s no dining area and no closet or dresser for clothes in the master bath. But! We would definitely come back and stay again.

Great home and host. We will be back!
Marc was a pleasure to work with from the start as we hosted a baby shower at his home. This home was perfect for entertaining and is beautifully remodeled and decorated. The neighbors were nice, the home has plenty of space and entertainment for all ages. The home was well equipped with everything we needed to create great meals and memories. Great spot
The house is nicely done, clean, spacious (more than one can tell by the listing even), wonderful living room/movie watching space, wet bar, great outdoor area and plenty of sleeping space. We did have a little trouble with the stove-top range. It would light but only work on high. Marc was very responsive when we messaged him though and took the time to see if it was something I was doing as it is a fancy and Beautiful range. Overall, great place to stay! 10/10 recommend!
