Our stay was very good. Everything about the house was great. It took sometime to figure out a few things. The TV system in ROKU and for those of us who have never used this company it is a daunting task to figure out what to and how to watch on it.
Upon arriving at the house, we noticed that the pool had a green slime and fungus at the bottomThe pool vacuum had stopped working, and we notified Vacasa the property manager of the situationWithin a few hours the Vacassa team had called a pool cleaner company to come clean the green stuff out of the pool and make sure our vacation was enjoyable The house was very nice and convenient to the Phoenix area. Our family vacation was very much enjoyable and we would stay at this location again.
The house was clean and spacious. Great location! Check-in was impossible. The code did not work and we had to call Vacasa. Front door still did not work and we were directed to a lock box with a key. Thank heavens there was a garage remote as we were never able to enter the front door.
The home was everything as stated and we loved the location and the pool. We were traveling for Spring Training Baseball and it was so much better than a hotel.
My family stayed at this property after our house sold and needed a "middle" home until our new home was ready to move in and it was just what we needed. We had a monsoon storm our second night there and requested maintenance on the pool and they came out the next day even though regularly scheduled maintenance was just a couple days away. The pool was a great feature and very well maintained. The master bed was a little uncomfortable on one side as it seemed to have some broken springs, but overall our stay was very comfortable and would recommend.
While the home is lovely, the management company, Vacasa, was awful. They were slow to respond to any requests leading up the trip. We were charge 2x for the pool heating fee. The pool wasn't heated and despite multiple tried to talk to someone about it the best we got was "we will reach out to the local managers" and nobody ever contacted us back. When we finally figured it out on our own and the pool finally reached a tolerable temperature, the pool maintenance showed up and closed the pool for 24hrs due to chemical additives. So we were unable to use the pool- that we paid for twice at all. I asked for a refund and once again, nobody responded to me. THEN the last night we got a knock on the door, it was another guest expecting to check in! They have double booked the night! The other guest took it to VRBO, who put them up in a hotel. Outrageous. The homeowners need to dump Vacasa ASAP because the home was perfect but the problems we had are entirely preventable.
The house is spacious and had everything we needed. The pool is large - lots of space to play. The lights were very pretty at night and putting green is a fun addition.
Neighbourhood is great, however itâs a little far from DT Phoenix, Scottsdale, etc with traffic. The Estrellas are close and great spot to explore/hike.
Would absolutely recommend to other families looking to explore the Phoenix area and enjoy some pool and outdoor play time.
Very nice place to stay. But communication with the management company is not the greatest if you have questions about the house. Other wise very easy to book with and easy instructions to find the place and access it.
House in nice neighborhood . All was good except TV had issues they did correct the one tv after a few days. Pool was not clean upon arrival notified contact pool was not cleaned our whole stay. That should of been taken care of. Other that that house was fine but really wanted to use pool.
Accommodations were fine, but somewhat spartan. Decor depicted a corporate (lack of) charm.
The grill provided did not work, and the property owner never showed up to fix it it. Vacasa promised to communicate with local resources. Hard to say if they ever did. Nobody ever came.
Vacasa charges $40/day to heat the pool (not usable otherwise). This charge should be clearly indicated on the Vrbo site. Felt like a hidden charge you would only know about upon arrival. Local resources would have needed to turn it on (if they show up)
Kitchen and beds were fine. It was an ok place to stay.
