This was my family’s first out of town trip. We came in town for a wedding. When I arrived I was preblocked according to my request which was wonderful. Catherine I believe her name is, checked me in and it was a beautiful interaction. There were a few things I wasn’t pleased with. However, I have worked at a Marriott hotel before and I have certain expectations with Marriott. So being in a room with an adjoining door that doesn’t fully close was unacceptable to me. Also there was a tube of chapstick left behind by previous guest and hair stands on the edge of the tub. The door of the bathroom looked to have a bit of mold around the top hinge. And I feel the sit in the tub could have been placed in better. Room 132 I believe is ADA. Other than this the room was perfect for my young Autistic son. We loved the area. Walmart and more is walking distance. The area is very lovely and safe. I definitely recommend this location and the Front Desks Agents are a Blessing. I believed that I left my phone behind. We live in Southern California. I called spoke to Ahliya (apologies if spelling is wrong) she checked twice for me. Luckily my husband found it. I just wanted to note that the courtesy of finding my phone felt like she made it a priority. 👏👏 Thank you Spring Hill for a great stay!

Always stay here when we’re in Chandler
We travel to Arizona and Chandler in particular a couple times every year for our children’s sporting events. We always stay at this hotel and are never disappointed.

Very Dirty area near fan, wall looked like it had water damage near tub, ac was not working properly no middle temps either cold or hot. 3 towels for 5 people, hot tube was an ice tub. Breakfast help was rude and said dumb stuff that was not funny to myself and my children.

Property is old and is in need of renovation in MANY areas. Bathrooms are old and can no longer be made clean. The bathroom exhaust fan was painted over so many times it no longer worked efficiently. Bathroom lighting was dim and useless in the evening. Random stains on couch made us question our choice.
