We have learned from reading and replying to over 15,000 of your reviews: Our happiest Guests researched for a destination full service 4.5 Star resort at a reasonable price surrounded by nature but within reasonable walking distance of the beach. They appreciate our SkyPool and reasonably priced services (Laundry, Food & Beverage, Spa Services (both complimentary and paid), Tour Bookings etc). Many say they never felt a need to leave the resort.Some people don’t realize Pacific Club is Small Boutique Resort, an Executive Mansion consisting of 33 Rooms located on top of Saneha Restaurant and Spa providing 5 Star Service. Because we’re small we can serve Guest preferences better than a large resort. We recommend if you’re looking for a large resort, pls check some other options.Here’s a little more information :* Our Partner restaurant, Saneha is now getting all 5 star reviews from outside guests. Enjoy browsing menu on your phone or tablets we provide. Here's what you need to know:Some people don’t realize Pacific Club is Small Boutique Resort, an Executive Mansion consisting of 33 Rooms located on top of Saneha Restaurant and Spa providing 5 Star Service. Because we’re small we can serve Guest preferences better than a large resort. We recommend if you’re looking for a large resort, please check some other options.Our happiest Guests researched for a Boutique destination full service 4.5 Star resort at a reasonable price surrounded by nature but within reasonable walking distance (10-15 minutes) of the Beach and Town. Actually about cheese due to the high humidity in Thailand and the fact that our Dining area is open air, we can't put cheese on ice or it gets covered with condensation and becomes all mushy and slimy. Our focus is on Service with a Smile :-) Team Pacific SPECIAL THANKS : We would also like to Thank our Guests who have traveled so far to visit us during this difficult travel time. :-) SOCIAL DISTANCING: Pacific Club is the perfect place for social distancing. Our PUBLIC and DINING seating areas have always been set about 2-3 meters from table to table or Chair to Chair. It’s a fact mentioned in previous reviews, “It always seems as though there are almost no other Guests in the Resort” BREAKFAST BUFFET SWITCHED TO MENU ORDERING. For everyone’s safety and to insure freshness during this slow time, we will be switching our breakfast service to menu ordering on or about Mar 20. Thanks for checking us out and we look forward to serve you again !!!

We believe quality service with a smile is the benchmark of 5 star resorts. Team Pacific OUR PHILOSOPHY AND GOALS : In 2018 we completed review driven goal oriented renovation of our 33 room resort. Based on Guest Feedback our design goal was to provide a Casual Laid Back Boutique 5 Star Resort at reasonable rates. We did this by carefully evaluating what Guests say in all their 4-5 star reviews to find out what they really use and what they don’t. Therefore we have been upgraded a 4.5 Star Resort (rather than 5) because in a small resort it’s impossible to fulfill some 5 Star requirements such as two separately branded restaurants with different menus etc.. We appreciate all Guest Feedback regarding what is important to You, our Guests, so we can continue to improve and provide what 5 star travelers want and need at the lowest price possible. Most importantly we CAN provide the service Guests expect in a 5 star property, we can pamper you with Turndown service and almost anything you want :-) Thanks for checking us out and we look forward to serve you !!!

Pls note new website is a little late and coming soon (photos of our new rooms are nice :-) SOME PEOPLE DON’T KNOW PACIFIC CLUB IS SMALL : Pacific Club is a small Boutique Rustic Tuscan style 4.5 Star Resort which features 5 star amenities and service in all of our 33 rooms. That means we can pamper you and provide personal service. LAUNDRY: Pls note we offer laundry service both priced by the kilo or priced by piece. Our Chinese laundry priced by the kilo enables us to offer very reasonable prices and high quality. We want to serve you :-). HEADS UP !!!: We highly recommend folks check the walking map in our website for alternative nicer walking routes not shown on Google Maps. It's only 5 minutes walk from our driveway to the entrance of the largest beachside park in Phuket where within another 5-10 minutes walk you can enjoy landscaped walking paths and access all of Karon Beach and shops etc. Enjoy.
