The place was nice and friendly. They were pretty god with keeping us stocked with towels and keeping the room clean during our stay. We traveled with an infant and I know infants aren’t the cleanest but I did notice the high chairs were never cleaned. Other than that we enjoyed our stay as they are very close to all of the attractions.

Did need a little better cleaning the shower was a little dirty on the outside and had a few hairs left from previous peoples stay. It was in a good location and very nice staff but would have been nice if it was a little cleaner.

Property had a convenient location; easy access to the Pigeon Forge strip. The property manager was nice and lives on-site. She provided her phone number for any questions or concerns. The room was clean besides the floor. I don't think the floors have ever been cleaned as our socks are permanently stained even after multiple washes. Their continental breakfast is limited. Bread and chocolate chips were stale, sugar was old and stuck together and their juice was empty (apple and orange). Water dispenser did not work the two times I checked. They did have fresh coffee in the lobby. The rooms are paper thin and we were woken up by geese every morning. Overall an average stay but could use some help.

Clean and friendly

The front office was clean and the lady working was very friendly. It only took a couple of minutes and we were in our room. Very fast and easy check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Looks to have been recently updated. I would absolutely book another stay here without question.

My husband and I brought our two boys for the weekend to the mountains. We arrived later in the evening Friday. From the time we checked in till we left the noise above us was absolutely ridiculous. I had to call the front office (Melinda) and complain. She was very rude to me about my complaint of the loud banging sounds coming from above that kept my 6 and 7 year old up till after 2 am BOTH nights.

The motel was fine, my reservation did not show up for the longest time. The front desk called and tried to fix it but was given the run around. Finally after an hour of aggravation my reservation showed up but in my first name no last name.
