You will never experience anything like our mill anywhere else, steeped in the country side but just 1 hour from Nice airport, on the river, totally private, just get back to nature and shed the weight of work, ill health, stress, problems just seem so far away in our corner of heaven. Listen to the birds, paddle in the brooke that forms in the garden on its way down to the river, swim in the pool and just chill.
Children just love it, teenagers love it and parents love it, bonding with the whole family is just natural
Imagine long, lazy summer days lounging by the pool, splashing in the river, sitting under the shade of the weeping willow keeping cool with your feet in the babbling brook that flows through the garden reading your favourite book, sipping a glass of local red wine or an ice cold prosecco. The children running free searching for frogs, fishing for little river fish and seeing who is the first in the pool every day. Finish the day with a bbq and a walk into the village for an ice-cream or to listen to the local band playing or even join the locals at the village dance. You will not experience anything like it anywhere else. The old mill can be found a few hundred metres along a country lane, steeped in the countryside yet 15 minute walk from the village or 5 minutes by car. Silent and peaceful set in its own gardens surrounded by trees and the sound of the brook gently babbling by providing the mill with it's own private rock pools big enough for bathing. The river also feed the swimming pool at the mill free flowing in and out, no products are used in our natural pool.
We offer free 3G wifi.
There is a large private garden.
We have a proper pizza oven and gas BBQ.
The mill has various terraces with seating arrangements for quiet reading or an alfresco aperitif overlooking the river before lunch or dinner in the garden or by the river or even around the pool, the choice is yours.
There are loungers around the pool and also by the river for a change of venue if necessary.
The living room has a huge open fire for autumn or winter evenings and
the living room has a comfortable sofa bed for extra guest

Local produce cookery lessons: Including visiting the local produce markets to source fresh produce to cook and serve,

Trips can be arranged: With a guide to Monte Carlo, whale watching, Cinque Terre, Ventimiglia market or wherever you would like to go.

Although we have had many guests with babies and infants, we do advise that the most suitable age for this type of property is from the age of 6 years.
