I always try to start off with the positive.
I appreciate the availability of the property last minute on New Years weekend.
I also appreciate the low, affordable price of this property considering it was a holiday weekend and in a fairly high priced tourist town.
I also really appreciate how available the property contact member was when I called him as I was trying to unlock the door.
However I would never stay here again if there were other places available.
It was worth the price but that’s it.
There is nothing romantic about this place: as I walked in there was door caulking falling off the door. There is carpet upon entering so the doormat you need to wipe your feet in gets shoved to the wall because there is no space between the door jam and carpet on floor.
The bathroom is so dated it’s gross.
The shower was dark and dingy. My camping towels are better than the 2 they provided even though instated 3 were coming.
The roll away cot was awful. It kept collapsing with weight put on it and the mattress was a inch thick pad. I was so excited to see a keurig coffee maker with pods. However upon making coffee the next morning I find all there is is black tea pods???!!! Why not offer both?!!!
When making bagels in the toaster over, an instruction manual was left on the inside and it caught fire. Smoke detectors went off while I was in the shower. Talk about insane!!! My bf is a fireman at Pinetop fire and he came and took pictures of the burnt manual. Try harder💔
