The grounds are beautiful, the condo is nice, great location, view right on the beach. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but very functional. The Vacasa management team is great, very responsive, very accessible. We had several dinners at Robert's Cove, food is fantastic. The service is amazing everywhere we went, at Robert's Cove, the Quaterdeck next door, and every place in Placencia Village. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and eager to help. Taxi from the condo to the Village is $10 U.S., and we tipped $3-$4 U.S. I had 3 taxi drivers' phone numbers in my Whatsapp, they have no problem coming to get you.
There is a small grocery store in Siene Bight, approximately 1/2 mile from the resort. We walked there with backpacks to restock. For a small store, it has a lot of variety.
The only downside: Seagrass. The area has a serious seagrass invasion, there was no walking down the beach. They have men out raking it and hauling it out by wheelbarrows. The only place we found that you could walk into the water from the beach was in town, at the beach by the municipal pier. We spoke to a few locals, the seagrass normally is not there until March, however, it came in February this year.
We will return to Belize, however, we will check into the sea grass situation first.
Great condo, great location.
