Le HideAway à Somerset

80 acres de calme. Une maison incroyable avec 2 suites de maître au premier étage avec salle de bain privée, 4 chambres à l'étage (qui sont plus grandes que la plupart des chambres principales) avec chaque paire partageant des salles de bains jack-n-jill où chaque chambre a sa propre zone évier. Une salle de jeux avec des tables de poker, des poids et un tapis roulant.

Le porche enveloppant est très profond et c'est un plaisir de se détendre tout en sirotant du vin ou en faisant flotter une rootbeer. La piscine dispose d'un toboggan aquatique de 30 pieds, d'une cascade et d'un spa avec une salle de bains dans la piscine. Une barre-B-file d'attente est également disponible ....

Une magnifique location de vacances; où il sera difficile de décider où prendre vos repas, sur le porche, près de la piscine ou à la table à manger qui peut accueillir confortablement 10.

La dégustation de WIne abonde de vendredi à dimanche et, localement, nous avons Jackson historique, Placerville (aka Hangtown) et de nombreuses micro-brasseries et vignerons. Nos établissements vinicoles préférés sont Saluti Cellars à Somerset et Iverson's Vineyard Winery à Fairplay .... et nous aimons la nourriture et la bière de Solid Ground Brewing. Assister à un mariage localement? Ensuite, c'est l'endroit idéal pour accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes. Parking ... vous pouvez garer 20 voitures ici et avoir de la place pour plus sans problème.

Fun Family Reunion
We had 16 members of our family, including my 95-year-old Aunt and her 86-year-old brother, join us at the Somerset house. It was a lovely time with lots of catching up and visiting, good homemade food and visiting on that wide, open porch in the afternoon sun. The ground were beautiful and brought such peace and the hikes to see the Sunset every evening were well worth the effort!

Annual Ladies Weekend

Amazing property!
We absolutely fell in love with the Hideaway! We had a small family wedding there and it was perfect! The pool/slide kept the kids busy and the house was the perfect size for us all. The Hideaway-Perfect Place
This house was amazing! My family loved it! House is huge, very spacious and never felt crowded. Porch is wrapped around with fire pit tables. Very nice pool, hot tub and slide. Family Vacation
This was our second time renting this property and we will keep doing so as long as it's available. It's the perfect house for family gatherings. We are from NY and have family in the Placerville area so staying at this house is convenient for everyone to gather at. The house has everything you need and more. The pool is the perfect place to hang during the day and the enormous kitchen is the place to hang at night. There is so much space and the game room is the perfect way to end a day. We'll be back in a couple of years!!

Family Vacation
We have been going on family vacations for over 20 years and this is one of the nicest, most accommodating homes ever! The home is beautiful; it is supplied with EVERYTHING you need and it is immaculate. Country living at its finest.. deer wandering by, wild turkeys on the hill. The pool, hot tub and water slide provided fun for the Whole family. A+

Kids loved it
Three families with toddlers and babies and some. Absolutely loved it! The water slide and game rooms were big hits. The kitchen was adequately stocked for a crowd. Lots of seating inside and out, and an awesome wrap around porch. Really great location with trails. The house itself was huge. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms located everywhere you could ever need one. We really enjoyed our stay. Con- the list of chores at checkout is extensive especially with the 10am checkout time. Proved to be a little difficult to do it all and enjoy breakfast with small kids on checkout day. However, we greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

We rented this property with some friends, and it was so beautiful. The property manager, Judy, is the nicest, most helpful PM we've ever met. She answered questions right away, and made sure that we had everything we needed. 10/10 would stay here again!

Amaaaazing!
Our church even that held 28 people enjoying it! Easily fit 4 people for each bedroom except the master bedroom you can fit 6 people. We all fit in the game room which can be warm at times best to go after 9pm when it’s not as hot. Dining room was great we all fit in the dinning room with an extra table we brought. The kitchen was amazing it had all the anemies you can think of. This place had 3 refrigerators in total, one in the kitchen, second one in the hallway of the washer and dryers same size of the kitchen and the 3rd one in the garage. They do have a 5 foot tall fridge in the game room. Everyone who came along enjoyed it! I can see us coming back here for sure 😊💕

Perfect for family reunion
Our extended family has enjoyed this spot two summers in a row and we hope to return for a third. The place is lovely and very spacious. We had ample room for 11 adults and four children aged 10-14. Several very comfortable futon beds with frames allow various sleeping configurations. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the long dining room table was a fine setting for wonderful shared meals. Everything is very clean and organized. The pool has the advantage of shaded places to sit and the kids had fun with the slide. The property itself is lovely and private and a huge wraparound porch with ample seating offered a delightful place to hang out and chat. Highly recommended!

The HideAway is simply incredible. The property is so spacious & private. The kitchen is very well appointed and has just about everything you could ever need. The bedrooms are big, clean & comfortable. There are many different areas where you can just hang out and relax. I highly recommend this property, and would definitely love to come back when the weather is warmer, to utilize the pool and spa.

Spacious, private and well appointed
The house and the property are both huge and very well maintained. After meeting the owner it's clear he cares about providing a great experience to guests and making sure that everything is squared away. All of the details like full propane tanks in the grill and fire pits with extras in the garage or just having all of the tools, gagets and utensils in the kitchen, were all buttoned up. Being far away from neighbors was great for our group that is frankly very loud with a bunch of kids and adults who have trouble controlling their volume sometimes. This was our second stay there and we'll be back again.
