We stayed for 2 nights and it was far too much!
Our room, on the ground floor, was located, like many of the rooms of the hotel, just in front of the dining room terrace (unused except for breakfast). Despite the fact that the restaurant was closed, there was noise day and night, because of the non-stop music and a group of tourists landing regularly in the hall, speaking loudly and laughing out loud, either at midnight or at 7am! The second night, tired of hearing screaming all night, we went to ask the staff if it was not possible to take action and tell the group to make less noise, or even to go back to their rooms to discuss, and what have we been told? "It's only 9pm, we cannot say anything, but at 11pm nobody should make any noise" So basically, when you book this hotel, you only get the peace from 11pm? Absurd! Especially since the day before, at midnight, there was a hell of a row and at no time did the staff say anything, whereas it is up to the staff to ensure the tranquility and welfare of every customer in the hotel.
Worst of all? We asked for a quiet room when booking. When we arrived, the staff said "you wanted a quiet room - you get it!" How ironic! Among the13 different hotels visited during our stay, this was, by far, the worst.
