Overall the property provided good value. The staff were pleasant and very helpful and management was engaging. The beach was very excellent. Also there were enough places to stay out of the sun both around the pools and on the beach. The only drawback that I could comment on would be the slow service when it came to drinks. There were few roving waiters to take your order and if you went to the pool bar to order your own drinks the wait was usually 4-8 people deep depending on the time. Not a major drawback for us but something to consider.

If you are in platinum or villa you need to take trolly to get food or entertainment and that trolly take a while to pick you up. This propery is huge so they don't have enough staff to accommodate you. So if you ask for drinks in buffet they wont bring you. Its nice place to stay but couple things make you uneasy and don't want to come back to this place

The a la carte dinners were great. We always found something we liked at the buffet. We enjoyed the walking around the resort. It could use a few more bars throughout the resort. Overall we had a really good trip.

Had a great time at this resort. Plenty of pool options, the beach was clean, the entertainment at night was great, and the staff was extremely friendly. The buffet was a little bland, but not terrible.

The hotel and the food where pretty good. The hotel is not super luxurious but clean and nice. Our only problem was that they gave us an "upgrade" and it turned out to be a room in a 3rd floor in a building where the elevator was out of service. We have a 6month old baby so this was a pretty bad isue because we had to carry a stroller among other things e flights of stairs. It would seem to me they gave us a room nobody else wanted because if the elevator isue telling us it was an "upgrade". Not cool.

There was a lot of walking. Poor Staff. Hard to get waited on at Buffet and Bars. I have a bad knee and this was not the place for me. Could not get reservations for restaurants . Only ate at buffets. Food was good.

Loved the stone-like sculptures along the pathways & the animal species that frequent the property. Beautiful! The staff & service are exemplary. Very well maintained property; very clean. We didn’t like the “view” from our room 5021. Very disappointing & absolutely no reason, or desire to sit out there whatsoever. The hot tubs were not worth the extra expense.

The resort is huge nice well maintained. Everyone was nice as far for resteurant the food was good but making reservation was pain in the a....for future travelers i recommend making reservation for resteurant same day you came for all of them!

Our group had an amazing time at this resort! The staff was lovely and fun to chat with, the pools were amazing. The layout of the resort was very interesting with a lot of spots to explore. Our rooms were a little out of date but still comfortable. Unfortunately, the buffet food was not our favourite… it seemed like it was difficult to find fresh food and the flavour was not always the greatest.

Great stay, hard to get around anywhere outside of the property without having to pay $70US each way….but nice property great staff…DONT do the royal vacations “breakfast” unless you want to lose half a day and than be asked to pay 5-11K to sign up…other than that nice hotel
