GSP- remains the same. Nice Stay

I’ve visited this resort many times in the past when my kids were younger. It is still very nice and it’s the same as I remember. I had a swim out room which was nice with the exception of the sun shining down on that particular area. The rooms are the same.i only wish they could upgrade the TV size. It’s very small for such a large room. Food was just ok. The specialty restaurants are very nice though ( they are included with your stay)

If you're a foodie or looking for high quality, chef driven cuisine this is not a place for you. I was saddened at how bad the buffet and ala carte food options were, I literally teared up several times. The saving grace was the Chill Out restaurant which you pay separately for but was worth it for fresh and hot meals. This place is huge, not so walkable. They do have shuttles to get you around if you can find one. If your looking a resort that will pamper you and cater to your requests, move on because the number of times i was told no, that's not my job, or we don't do that, was shocking. Don't look for a coffee shop for an expresso or latte, they point you to the vending machine. The pools close at 6pm so don't think about a late night dip even if you booked a swim out suite. Our upside was two afternoons of relaxation on shady loungers and a great spa experience with the hydrotherapy and a massage. The rooms are screaming for updates, although clean they are dated and well used.

We had an amazing stay here for our vacation! All of the staff were super friendly and attentive, and check in/out were both so smooth. The food was amazing as well. The buffet has so many options for everyone and the a la carte restaurants had great food too. You do have to book a reservation for the restaurants and they do book up a couple of days in advance, so just keep this in mind. We ate at the buffet the first few nights and then tried some restaurants after that. The resort grounds are very beautiful and so well maintained. There is a lot of green space, so lots of wildlife including cats, coatis, deer, iguanas, raccoons, etc. We loved seeing all the animals enjoying the nature. There are tons of pools to enjoy, a few of which have swim up bars. The beach is also great and has lots of beach chairs to relax on. Everything was so clean and well taken care of, you can tell the staff really do a great job to make sure you enjoy your stay. I would highly recommend choosing this resort if you're going to the Riviera Maya. We just left last week and I already want to go back.

The staff is exceptional: always friendly, always incredibly hard working, always professional. In consideration for the wage gaps I made sure to tip for every drink, meal and room cleaning. The Mexican people make this place so special! The facilities are exceptionally clean, the beach wide, so many pools, each with its own vibe, chairs and shade options. Lots of activities and services on the premise if interested, including evening cultural performances. Food options are good, and offer a wide variety. Incredible opportunities for side trips. This was my first AI and it was worth saving for the trip.

5 nights 6 days, arrived on Friday. No reservations for restaurants that require reservations on weekends. The buffet menu is always the same. I have never felt that the staff was friendly. The hotel room is not clean. The pillows are sweaty and smell like rags, so they have to be changed several times. There is mold on the bed sheets.

I previously stayed at the Platinum Princess resort next door. Apparently the sunset is older with less amenities. Would not recommend this resort but highly recommend the neighboring ✨ Platinum✨
