Hotel was basic, rooms had nothing at all and they stocked one toilet paper and if the roll was half they wouldn’t replace it. We arrived to a nice room with a kitchen and the dish sponge was so old and dingy. We had to buy dish soap and a new sponge along with a dish rag. The room was quiet only after 2am till 5am. We couldn’t understand why he heard everyone in the hotel and outside. It was a fantastic location but the housekeeper just did the bare min which was making the beds. Every day we got new towels but from all the reviews I read I was shocked to get what I got from this hotel. Thank you but no thank you.

Overall, the experience is fabulous. The property is clean and well-maintained. With that being said, if you need to do laundry, an onsite facility is available. Good luck. The laundry facility is a challenge. Either you trip the circuit breakers to the room or the room floods if more than two washers are running.

Le gros WoW de cette hébergement est le rofttop! Tout simplement parfait ! Bien situé, faire attention les murs sont en carton ! C’est le plus gros défaut et c’est un gros car adieu l’intimité. Il a une porte qui sépare les chambres et c’est tellement mal conçu C’est dommage car tout le reste est très bien ! Le personnel est très bien (sauf la jeune femme au cheveux court à l’accueil, aucunement serviable) mais le reste du personnel était accueillant et bienveillant! Je regrette pas et j’ai passer un beau moment mais je retournerais pas là juste à cause de l’intimité!

The place looks very nice from the pictures but do not reserve the classic studio. it was a nightmare; no windows and the chicken supplies are to the minimum and dirty.

La piscine sur le toit est vraiment très bien et j'ai beaucoup apprécié les hamacs. La déco de la chambre est bien mais les murs sont très endommagés. Le coin cuisine est très peu équipé.

Really enjoyed my stay at Sofia. It’s right off 30th so not in the heart of the tourist area, but close enough to walk to it. Walmart is about a 10 min walk, as is 5th st and the bus station. Rooms are spacious, and pool area is nice with a good view of the sea. Staff is friendly. Would recommend.

The room was dirty in several aspects one being the bedding there were multiple stains on the sheets and when I asked for the bedding to be changed and for fresh sheets the receptionist went and got more dingy appearing sheets and told me to change the bed myself. Horrible customer service and over all experience. I checked out the same day I checked in and they are refusing a refund

For the price we got it was a really good deal. Condo with kitchenet but cleaning like in a hotel( bed made every day). Walking distance to the beach and 5th Ave. Our kitchen was equipped enough for us, because we only eat simple breakfast. (granola, yogurt, sandwiches) and we were going to restaurants for dinner. There were no pots, just 3 pans, one spoon. We shared the spoon and used yogurt containers as bowls. It didn't make our vacation less enjoyable. Reception stuff was nice, helpful and friendly. Bus to the airport 10 min walk.(ADO bus terminal). Buy your ticket a day before if you have an early flight. We stayed 8 nights and we enjoyed it.

Stayed for two weeks in February and very much enjoyed our stay. We like to walk and did not use a taxi once. Bus terminal from airport is only a 15 minute walk. The Mega (Soriana) grocery story is very close. Juan Carlos at the front desk was very helpful.
