Club rooms not worth upgrade! Room 400 noisy from lift and tatty, looks like 1970 decor! Food bland and poor choice, resorted to M+S ready to eat on last night as could not face yours again sorry

Convenient for central Plymouth. Exterior looks grimy and needs freshening up. Interior appeared in good, if somewhat bland, condition. Lack of onsite parking is of concern. Staff were very helpful. Overall reasonable value for money. Adequate if somewhat unremarkable place to stay.

Standard hotel in city centre

Uninspiring but perfectly adequate stay. Room had very high ceiling which made it feel bare. Comfortable bed, Showering was in a bath setting. Parking in the basement was awkward to find because of the one-way system in Plymouth. Parking in Sainsbury's car park next door is very convenient. Breakfast was fine - reasonable choice.

Great central location, staff friendly and helpful. Large room with comfy bed, good size TV and good bathroom compartments. Breakfast excellent and all areas very clean. Will certainly stay again when visiting Plymouth.

Overview

The staff all worked hard to make the stay a comfortable one. The breakfast and dinner were really good-the bass in cream sauce really excellent!
