No one told us kids couldn’t go in the hot tub. This was their Christmas gift from us, their grandparents. Turns out, the heater was broken anyway. The pool water was way too cold. The room was so foggy and full of condensation you felt like you were standing in fog. Parts of the hotel have peeling paint, around the trim. Also, it wouldn’t kill them to put a pot of coffee out in the morning. We were so disappointed. The kids wouldn’t go back in the pool after a short swim.

This was our second time trying this hotel. We went a few weeks ago and the pool was broken. The pool was maybe 80 degrees and the hot tub was freezing. I know things happen so we tired again this weekend. Staff is amazing and the rooms were clean. But the pool area again was terrible. This is the whole reason why people stay here in the winter. The pool was cold and the hot tub was maybe room temperature which was warm cause the inside of the pool area was cold. For the price I would not stay again. Will find a different hotel. Definitely would not pay the $20 for a day pass. The staff is amazing and nice but in the winter the pool area is what you’re paying the $200 a night for.

Mattresses had large orange urine stains, hot tub not working, pool and sauna filthy, TV not working. Took 20 min. To get hot water, then tub wouldn't drain, no shower matt and slipped in tub. Found open sunflower seeds in one bed and on rug. No spa appts available, dining rm/bar closed 12pm Sunday, so no Superbowl for me. Staff rude and unprofessional. The list goes on and on! Stay away😡

I was one of the few guests, so it was nice and quiet. The only issue is that it took 10-15 minutes for the boiler to kick on and provide hot water in the shower.

I'm very upset I had no pool still had to pay all the fees and everything didn't get a discount due to the fact that went to it third party to book it. Couldn't compensate or upgrade my room. Unfair I was not able to cancel my reservation obviously you too third party didn't allow them fund so a little unhappy main reason I came with for the pool

Winter Plymouth Visit!

Very nice linens, very pleasant room that seemed as if it had been updated. Staff very friendly, not a fancy place, just a good classic nice and safe place to be.

Nicely renovated rooms

We were pleasantly surprised with the recent upgrades in the room, everything was clean and looked nice. However, the window was missing the side locks, so the window could be fully opened. Being on the first floor, it felt a bit unsafe.

Quick family winter getaway

Quick winter getaway - mainly for the pool/waterslide/hottub. The room was clean and beds comfortable. I was disappointed that the hot tub was not hot. The hotel didn’t post that it was malfunctioning. The last day we were there it was a bit better but not great. Also it could use a deep clean. My son enjoyed the pool and waterslide. Overall a nice stay and close by to lots of restaurants and historic attractions.
