I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at the Brix. Although not the largest of hotels it is tastefully decorated, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the views of the surrounding city and the hills of Cascade are spectacular. I especially enjoyed the rooftop lounge. The staff and costumer service are also amazing. The girls who checked us in were so friendly and funny and the servers at the rooftop lounge were lovely as well. Kudos to the entire team at Brix, best customer service I have ever encountered in Trinidad. Will definitely be staying again.

My experience at The Brix was extremely well. The place is one of the best Hotels in Trinidad. The building is very modern, clean, safe, and accessible. The staff is professional and very well mannered. The buffet breakfast was well layout and lots of options as well. Overall my fiancé and I were both satisfied. We will book again!

This property features new rooms with very comfortable beds. However, the dining options are limited, and the waitress was lacking in friendliness. The manager, on the other hand, was quite pleasant.

I liked the safety aspect of the hotel. Tha staff was friendly and approachable. We really enjoyed our time . I would recommend that there is the option of adding breakfast for up to 4 persons with your room instead of paying at the restaurant.

Everything about my stay was terrific except the flooding issue in the bathroom that was never completely resolved before we checked out. Other than that, the staff was courteous, and the food and drinks were all very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Trinidad.
