The reason I gave the average rating because they ran out of towels and washcloths. They asked us to bring our used towels and washcloths to the front desk so they could be washed. We ended up only with one towel and wash cloth for two people.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had is that someone brought their wet dog into the elevator and that smell was in there for days. I can tell they tried to clean it but you could smell carpet cleaner and wet dog for 2 days. I'm pretty sure they had their dog in the pool because it did not rain while we were there.

We needed extra towels and were yold 10 dollars per towel OR could wash ourselves at 2.50 per wash and dry. No seating outdide on their patio. If you could find staff, not overly helpful. Someone powerwashing front entry oblivious to people around them

We had to move bc a long term tenant in room 113. He played music till after 4am. Someone banged on his door (the front desk told me that’s what he said) when I went in the hallway to walk my dog the tenant opened his door and started yelling at me. They said he has been there for a while so I’d stay away from that part of the property. My mom said she heard another voice say they were going to call the cops, he said he didn’t care…. It wasn’t a restful stay for work. The whole place smelled like pot smoke after dark. I called 2 times to ask about the pet fees and was surprised when we were charged $50 instead of $15 a night like we were told. It was clean except the smoke smell. I wish the manager had taken the time to speak with us after moving rooms. Outside there were a few condoms in the grass where you walk dogs it was gross. But inside was clean. This would be 5 stars if room 113 wasn’t a horrible neighbor.

I liked the staff and clean bed and warm shower. This is a very basic place to stay. Kitchenette comes with zero dishes, utensils, nada. You pay per set. Smells of pot smoke badly. Nowhere to sit outside, not even a picnic table. Weird setup for a kitchenette. It's as if it's meant to catch your attention online, but practically speaking, not really conducive for making a meal and eating it.

“Uncomfortable with Poor Service – Would Not stay

We ended our trip a day early because the beds were extremely uncomfortable, lacking box springs, and the pillows were as thin as a sheet. At check-out, I was informed that they couldn’t adjust the cost since I didn’t book directly with them and was advised to contact Hotels.com. When I called Hotels.com, they told me that the hotel controls the pricing. Terrible service, terrible place to stay.

Worst stay of many motels, tv didn't work, no coffee pot in room, shower curtains missing in bathroom, no clerk at desk for over an hour ,bed was terrible, rooms were fairly clean, no breakfast but all this was on their website ,maybe overnight would be ok, but not for me .

Fantastic, highly recommend

Originally had concerns about road noise but had no issues. Can be heard but only distant sound. The rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. They have cooking facilities but no cutlery or pans etc. So far the best accommodation experience of our 3 week American holiday!

This is a choice hotel...choose somewhere else! "Lipstick on a pig it is still a pig" the hotel at first glance is okay but the rooms look like and IKEA catalog / prison / rehab vibe. During our stay wr had cockroaches in our room only to find out the hotel was a FEMA hotel since October ( which is great they hpised people in need but those people brought "friends:) I would NEVER stay at this hotel again as obviously FEMA payments were more important than hygiene. I did not sleep all night as i had to keep the lights on for the guests to stay away and checked out immediately upon sunrise at 5am! The Bates motel has nothinf on this location.

Really nice place just that there is NO servicing of your room unless you paid extra. I found that a little odd. Ran out of TP twice had to go get some from the front desk. No tissue paper in the room. But the place was clean and quiet for the most part.

Highly recommend

Great 10 days, the room was clean and comfy. If ever on a trip like that we need to stay there again we definitely would! Coffee every morning in lobby was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend if planning to Cook Or eat in , you bring all your own kitchen items, including dishes and utensils, dishcloths and cookware.
