The check in service was great, valet was helpful in opening doors, and I was offered an upgrade for 35 extra a night which I took. In my mind the upgrade made sense because I did not book a ADA room. Walking into the hotel was great and clean, but there was no tissue in the bathroom; nor did housekeeping restock any more until I asked before checkout, only the towels were restocked. The shower water would puddle, water would not even get warm and practically took semi-cold showers, and the toilet would require multiple flushes. The upgraded room was great during the day, but night time came and the music from the clubs could be heard. I have stayed at this location multiple times and have had better stays, this was not.

We had a lovely stay in our spacious hotel room we booked for two nights. Completely amazing experience at the breakfast bar. On New Year’s Eve we ordered dinner at the hotel restaurant, according to our daughter says the dinner was fantastic! Highly going back!

1. All Staff were excellent (friendly & customer service oriented). 2. Mothers Resturant food & staff were excellent as they have a door connected directly to the Hotel Lobby 3. Street parking was always available and is free after 7:00 pm. Overall, the area is safe. 4. The only regret I have is that there was no maid service during my stay. However, I did have just enough toilet paper to last during my stay. I’m sure I could have requested more if needed. 5. I would recommend this Hotel to others.

The hotel staff was great and very accommodating! Breakfast was a great spread and hot. The indoor pool and spa was great amenity especially after a long hike.

Completely overbooked. Had to wait over an hour just to get a plate for breakfast buffet. Kids running around yelling and screaming in the middle of the night. No good spot to allow animals to relieve themselves. Staff were unpleasant. NOT the Embassy Suites experience we all know and love.
