There was no staff at the front desk when we arrived. We were not told that we were suppose to turn on a light before midnight to request for our room to be clean so would have been great if they tell guests. There is no laundry plastic bag in the closet.

I really enjoyed this property. U did hit the button to request my room be services and it didn't happen and had I not stopped the next morning to insure I was on the list it also wouldn't have happened that day. The food and water in the room minibar was very expensive. Most hotels offer a bottle of water each day. This water was over $6.

I like that the hotel is right across the street from the convention center. I like that there are eating options around the hotel (mostly fast food, but better rhan norhing). Public transportation is literally right outside the door. You're within walking distance to Moda Center. And the rooms have snacks for purchase such as nuts, beer, wine, water, chocolates, etc.

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay while you are in Portland. The lobby and rooms are both gorgeous. There is a firepit out front to add to the ambience. The room was cozy and the bedding exceptional. The only down side was parking is $43/night. Not sure if there were in/out priveleges with that since we were only there one night. The parking fees should be listed on Expedia.

The hotel is right next to the Moda Center, so great for going to a game! The Max lines also run right next to the hotel, so really easy to get around without having to worry about moving your car. The staff were great, as well as valet guys. Highly recommend for an easy hotel in a great location!

Hotel Eastlund is the choice @ Convention Center!

We were here for the US National Team Trials. The hotel was very accommodating. No late check outs though they did hold our luggage for us while we waited for our time to go to the airport. Room are nice, even a little on the bougie side. We had a great stay. A gym considering the surrounding area is pretty much a dump.

The hotel was very clean and its location worked for our needs in accessing the convention center. The shower from a hand sprayer and a shower mat for safety. The TV casting feature in the bedroom did not work with several of our phones disappointing. We love the layout of the room, and the bed was super comfy. We look forward to returning!
