Bom custo benefício, mas Wi-Fi não funciona bem

Hotel em frente à praia, com café da manhã básico . O preço da diária é justo ao que oferece. Quarto limpo e camas confortáveis, piscina para crianças ,bom atendimento e boa localização.As reclamações são pelo Wi-Fi que não funcionava quase nunca ou era lento , a torneira da pia do banheiro com temporizador (economiza água mas é muito desconfortável pra escovar os dentes ) ,o café da manhã ter as mesmas coisas todos os dias e eu ter pedido quarto no térreo quando fiz a reserva por ser idosa e colocar no primeiro andar .

Excelente experiência. Hotel grande, com uma ótima estrutura. Café da manhã muito bom, com uma grande variedade de itens, e tudo muito gostoso. Se tenho algo que posso pontuar negativamente é o mobiliário do quarto. No quarto que ficamos, não tínhamos nenhum móvel (poltrona, cadeira, mesa, armário), apenas uma pequena bancada abaixo da televisão. O espelho do quarto também estava ausente, tendo apenas o espelho do banheiro disponível (que não é possível ver o corpo inteiro). Ficamos em um quarto para 4 pessoas (1 cama de casal + 2 camas de solteiro). As 3 tomadas que tem no quarto foram suficientes, porém acredito que seria interessante ter tomadas duplas ou quádrulas próximo das camas. Atendimento foi excelente, com funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Estacionamento externo, apesar de ser descoberto é gratuito e isso foi um diferencial também.

Minha experiência no hotel não foi das melhores. Pelo fato do hotel ser imenso, fui hospedado em um quarto nos fundos que leva em média de cinco a dez minutos andando até chegar nas áreas comuns. Além disso, havia um galinheiro na propriedade ao lado cujo havia um galo que fez barulho a noite toda. O quarto com muitas baratas e sinais de sujeira. Solicitamos a troca do quarto e o pessoal da recepção nos colocou em um quarto mais longe ainda e, com surpresa, havia mais baratas. A piscina parecia não estar tratada. Na água parecida ter gordura. Sinceramente, não voltaria nesse hotel.

Hotel em reforma…

Quando optei por esse hotel, foi pela rede que utilizamos em várias localidades, mas vi muitos comentários desfavoráveis e como chegamos a noite, optei pela localização. Tivemos problemas no primeiro dia, mas ao contactar a ajuda do hotels.com a gerente Márcia resolveu todos os problemas, me trocou de quarto, colocando um um até melhor do que reservamos. Todas as observações que fiz ela concordou e acatou prontamente, inclusive me passou só gerente geral para que pudesse sugerir melhorias no café da manhã, que de fato todos os hóspedes estavam reclamando. Eu observei que sei pessoas maleáveis de fácil comunicação onde me trataram bem e reconheceram o erro. Falhas existem não podemos permanecer no erro e a Márcia merece nota 10 pois melhorou muito o atendimento da equipe no geral. Quanto a limpeza impecável a área de lazer merece muitos elogios. Sugerimos que melhorem urgentemente o café da manhã, troquem a empresa fornecedora pois os alimentos não são processados no dia, a empresa reaproveita isso deixa a qualidade para os hóspedes péssima. Outra sugestão são os lanches e o atendimento do restaurante necessitam de uma reciclagem. Como o hotel está em reforma quando concluir será um bom local para hospedagem.
