Charming country house not far from Porto Torres, convenient for visiting the numerous magnificent beaches throughout northern Sardinia, from the coasts of Gallura between Santa Teresa and Castelsardo to the nearby beaches such as Balai Beach or the small beach of Sweet Waters, or even the coastline of Sorso Marina, the famous La Pelosa Beach in Stintino, just over half an hour by car, or those in the Alghero area, also reachable in a short drive, with its characteristic and picturesque historic center and kilometers of white sandy beaches, to the inlets and coves within the protected marine area of Porto Conte-Punta Giglio or the impressive Capocaccia sea stack.
The recently restored house is surrounded by greenery and internally consists of a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
The property has a large covered veranda complete with a barbecue area furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dinners and lunches. In the garden, furnished in a simple but practical way, there are various relaxation areas where you can enjoy the shade of trees immersed in Mediterranean scents and the sounds of nature.
