Villa Graziella est de 240 mètres carrés et est situé dans un endroit paisible, sur la colline surplombant Positano. De ce petit coin de paradis, vous profiterez d’une vue imprenable et dégagée sur la mer Méditerranée et l’île de Li Galli. Le bleu scintillant tout autour vous étonnera!

Mais la vue à couper le souffle n’est que l’une des nombreuses raisons pour lesquelles vous tombez amoureux de cet endroit!

En fait, la Villa Graziella est entourée d'un magnifique jardin, de 4 chambres à coucher et de 4 salles de bains (une avec jacuzzi), d'un salon, d'une salle à manger et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. Toutes les chambres sont larges et lumineuses, élégamment décorées. La villa a aussi l'air conditionné et wi-fi.

À l'extérieur, vous trouverez une piscine thermale relaxante avec de l'eau de mer chauffée et salée et de la chromothérapie. Sur la terrasse panoramique, il y a un solarium, avec des parasols pour profiter des beaux jours à Positano!

Dans le jardin, vous trouverez un espace entièrement équipé avec barbecue et four à bois, où, sur demande, il est possible d'organiser des dîners avec des plats typiques de la tradition méditerranéenne.

La Villa Graziella satisfait également les clients qui souhaitent s'immerger complètement dans la nature et explorer la côte amalfitaine. En fait, c'est proche du célèbre chemin de Dieu. À seulement cinq minutes de la villa, vous trouverez une épicerie et à nerby, vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants où vous pourrez déguster des plats locaux.

Les invités peuvent profiter du jardin d'oliviers entourant la Villa Graziella, afin de vous apporter la saveur vibrante de ce bel endroit. En fait, nous ramassons les olives pour les presser et produire l’huile d’olive extra vierge pour notre famille. Cette tradition a été transmise à notre famille et nous aimons la partager avec nos invités en goûtant notre huile au sommet d’une bruschetta grillée!
Bien que la Villa Graziella soit loin du bruit, le centre-ville animé de Positano est à portée de main. En seulement 10 minutes en voiture ou en bus local, vous obtenez le centre. Ou descendre à pied l'ancien escalier créé il y a plusieurs siècles pour profiter d'une vue à couper le souffle. Depuis la plage principale de Positano, vous pourrez organiser des excursions en bateau ou en bateau privé vers la célèbre île de Capri (patrie de la règle romaine notoire Tiberius et Auguste avec ses magnifiques jardins). Vous pourrez vous baigner dans les eaux de la grotte bleue. La célèbre ville de la côte amalfitaine est située dans la direction opposée et est facilement accessible en voiture, en bateau ou en transport public.

Friends Positano Getaway
Everything from the moment we arrived until our (very sad) departure, was perfection. Clementina is a host from the heart. Her family home becomes your home. It was clean beyond expectations, perfect for four couples and located within short walking distance to several great resturants. The view is stunning...right off of a postcard. Amazing stay
Clementina, her family and staff made this stay amazing. The house is straight out of a movie or dream and the service was outstanding. Clementina treated our family like family. Organized a chef dinner and breakfast, which was outstanding helped us organize cabs for our tours, and was always around if we needed anything. Our incredible stay Villa Graziella
Villa Graziella is absolutely spectacular. The home is stunningly beautiful, has everything one could possibly need, and is very welcoming. Our host, Clementine, was wonderful and truly made our stay perfect in every way. The Villa was cleaned everyday and our towels were replaced with clean towels daily. The views from the deck were breathtaking! We had fresh eggs every morning from chickens on site. To understand how perfect this home is one must come and stay in it and see first hand. I highly recommend staying at Villa Graziella for an amazing experience in Positano.

Outstanding villa
The home was just beautiful with breathtaking views and everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Carmenita is the ultimate host. She helped arrange a driver from the airport who also drove us into town each day for the beach club. She and chef Luigi made us an amazing 3-course meal the night we arrived complete with champagne and homemade limoncello. She helped arrange a boat tour along the amalfi coast as well. The place was clean and spacious and everything worked perfectly including the AC as it was quite hot outside. We will definitely come back!!

Positano Perfection at Villa Graziella
We (4 adults and 2 kids ages 7 and 9) stayed at Villa Graziella from June 24-28, 2024. It was a vacation of a lifetime. Clementina, the host, is the kindest person ever. She helped us for over a year, from booking to our stay. She answered all our questions and helped plan everything. We felt taken care of before we even got there. When we arrived, Clementina and her daughter Grace were so warm and welcoming. On our first night, Clementina's son Luigi prepared dinner for us. It was out of this world! So much fresh, tasty food that just kept coming. It was quite a way to start our trip! The little touches made our stay even more magical. Clementina brought us milk when we mentioned we needed to get some for breakfast. She made a gorgeous cake and got balloons for our daughter's birthday. We got fresh eggs, homemade orange cake, and limoncello made from villa lemons. They even gave us Prosecco for limoncello spritzes! The villa is stunning. It's high up on a hill, with a view that's nothing short of incredible. There's a bus stop right by it, which made getting to town and the beach easy. The pool is small, but our girls loved it! They swam every day for hours, making it their own little haven. Our stay at Villa Graziella was an absolute dream. Clementina and her family were wonderful hosts who made us feel like family. We hope to come back someday! Thank you, Clementina, for sharing your beautiful home with us. You turned our trip into a memory we'll never forget.

Perfecto! I wish we had more time!
Our stay at Villa Graziella was perfect!! Our host, Clementina, was unbelievably kind and attentive. We communicated before we booked and she answered all of my questions. Once booked, her attention was continued on making sure our stay was fabulous. The villa is gorgeous and spacious for a family/group of friends. I wish we had planned more time to just stay and chill at the villa because it was that beautiful. On our first night, we enjoyed an extravagant dinner made by her son with service from Clementina and her husband. We had meats & cheeses, grilled vegetables, pasta, fish, and a delicious lemon cake. The meal finished with limoncello from their home. Everything was perfect. We proceeded to have breakfast every morning at the villa. It was a perfect start to the day. We chose this villa because it had less stairs than most accommodations in Positano and my father-in-law has a bad back. While the location was beautiful, it was a little challenging to get to/from with the taxis. We did not try the buses as it was raining most of our stay and we tried waiting at the bus stop only to get soaked. I think Taxi’s took advantage that it was a little further from town. The rooms were clean with the most comfortable beds we stayed in throughout our travels. I wish the weather was a bit nicer during our stay to enjoy the pool/jacuzzi but I’m sure it’s a dream in the summer! We would love to stay here again in the future.

Most beautiful place and wonderful hosts
Pictures do not do this place justice! We booked as a family of 8 (4 couples). After we reserved, another family member was able to join us and the hosts graciously allowed us to add a bed. The hosts were very responsive to any question I had prior to travel and during our stay as well. They prepared us dinner the night we arrived and we all loved it so much, we booked them for our last night! Homemade lemon/orange bread, granola, milk, coffee and filtered water was all waiting for us for breakfast. The views were incredible and we felt pampered. You will not regret staying here!

We loved everything about this place, starting with the views from the terrace are breathtaking! The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated with everything you could ever need! A dream vacation destination
We have been planning this trip for 2 years with very high expectations. Clementina and Aurelio were the best host. Their house is beautiful, clean, and elegant, surrounded by breath taking scenery. Clementina walked us through their home, assuring we would miss nothing nor need anything. The pictures on line are true but yet do not do this home justice. If you are ever wanting a wedding, they even do that. They cooked for us one evening, and it was amazing. They made sure we had a ton of food. Special thank you to Aurelio for taking care of me as he is a nurse. I needed his help after falling down a cliff away from their home. Thank you, the world over, Clementina and Aurelio. You both will always be part of our memories, and your names will be told when we tell everyone about our time in Positano.

Spectacular Villa and Hosts
What an amazing villa located up in the quiet hills of Positano. We were 4 couples and the location, layout and amenities were perfect. 4 bedrooms and baths, the patio overlooking the sea and hills was where we spent most of our time. The pool just off the large patio was wonderful. The property is terraced with gardens where we picked fresh tomatoes and zucchini. There is a little village with restaurants and a market 5 minute walk away. Our host Clementina was beyond wonderful. Her family home is so comfortable because she goes above and beyond to be sure you have everything you need. We had a fantastic fresh dinner at the villa our first night cooked and served by her chef son. Clementina helped us with a driver and dinner reservation during our stay. We can’t say enough about this wonderful place and host!

This was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The views were stunning and the hosts made you feel like family. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Also ask for Chef Luigi because he makes a delicious meal right at the villa. My family had a blast!

A Memorable First Visit to Positano
Villa Graziella was exactly as seen in the photos. The Villa was spotless and very spacious. The outdoor patio offers spectacular views. Clementina was truly the perfect host. She allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in. She was extremely responsive through WhatsApp. Based on other reviews we too booked Luigi to cook in the Villa for us. Wow-There was so much food and all was excellent. Be prepared for a 4 hour feast! We didn’t have car so used the steps(1000+) and bus. The bus schedule is unreliable and sometimes full. A taxi was 60 Euro one way. Overall Villa Graziella was a 10/10!

5 days at Villa Grazielle
Above all, the Amalfi coast is absolutely breathtaking and Positano is truly the epicenter of this region. With that said, the property was spectacular.....exceptionally clean and truly great accommodations. We had 7 adults and we never once felt cramped. There are 4 large bedrooms and a spacious living room with oversize sliding doors that overlook the coast. Just incredible views from the terrace. Additionally, there was a wonderful garden with fresh vegetables that we were free to pick. As far as our host, Clementina, she was amazing. Always available with immediate responses to my questions. She baked some wonderful desserts and left them for us daily along with fresh eggs and lemons. I highly recommend staying here!

This was quite simply one of the best vacation houses of our lives. I had booked this house as a surprise for my wife and friends for her birthday. From the first moments of communicating with the host, to the last hugs good bye it was amazing. The host family was more than helpful and gave the best recommendations, and even helped with bookings. We toured the area, took hikes, and ate at all the locations in Montepertuso, and numerous locations in Positano as well as surrounding areas. Trips to Capri, and Sorento were a breeze. Getting to the town was straight forward, either take the journey down the steps, or catch a cab. The cab pricing was reasonable for our group, and the host helped arrange rides whenever needed. We were overwhelmed by the views, and spent lots of evenings looking over the med, and watching the city switch to night mode. The pool was an amazing addition, and rooms all were nice. When we go back to Positano again, Villa Graziella will be our destination. Clementina and her family took a vacation that could have been a 10/10 and made it a 12/10. She is the perfect host, and we are so grateful for her generosity. We could go on forever about the trip and the house. If you are looking, just stop and book now. Trust me you won't regret it.

This villa is as it appears on line. It’s spacious, clean and beautiful! Views are incredible. Our host was exceptional! Clementina and her family were extremely responsive to all our questions re: the area. They provide breakfast items including a homemade orange cake, cereals, juices, nespresso and Lemoncello. Lovely and peaceful place to stay. Only suggestion, If you want to travel to the city each day or to other cities. I recommend you schedule a car service in advance. Will make the day easier. Spectacular
We had the most beautiful vacation at Villa Graziella. Upon entering, you realize you’re somewhere special. The whole property is stunning, from the views, to the garden, the pool, to the many outdoor lounge/dining areas. Inside, Clementina and her family have thought of every detail to make their guests comfortable. And it is spotless. We loved it so much that we cancelled our dinner plans the last evening and asked Clementina if she’d help plan a dinner for us at the villa. What a treat that was! Her son, Luigi, was our chef and the food was one of our very favorite meals of the trip. Thank you, Clementina, Aurelio, Luigi and family for sharing your beautiful home, food and culture with us.

Beautiful home overlooking the town of Positano
Our family of 8 stayed at Villa Graziella, from 8/13-8/20. Words and photos cannot really describe what a beautiful home this is. The view is amazing. This is the family home of owner, Clementina. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 with in-suit bathrooms and 1 large hall bathroom across from the 4th bedroom; washer/dryer combo in one of the bathrooms; and a nice kitchen, that was stocked with basic necessities: coffee, eggs from the on-site (but unobtrusive) chicken coop, milk, yogurt, bread and some juices. The spacious outside patio runs the length of the home. . There is also a refreshing freshwater pool and outdoor shower. (Note, there are about 2 flights of stairs to get down to the property). They have a small lift that can bring your luggage up and down for you. The views and the peacefulness of this home will be hard to match. Below the patio, are two additional seating areas, and a large vegetable garden and multiple olive and fig trees. We requested a home chef for our first evening as we knew we would arrive late after traveling from the US. There is an outdoor kitchen on the property. Luigi, Clementina’s son is a chef and made an unbelievable dinner. It included vegetables from the garden and seafood he caught that morning. We tried to book him a second night for a pizza dinner, but he was busy. In high season, everyone is working very hard, so plan ahead. Clementina, was always very helpful - a WhatsApp inquiry away. One day, Luigi and assistant were picking all the tomatoes and making homemade pasta sauce in the outdoor kitchen. The property is high above Positano. You can walk down or take a bus from the top of the driveway - it can be very crowded in high season. We usually cabbed back up. There are two nice restaurants, grocery store and a small pizza parlor about a 5–10-minute walk from the house. I would not recommend renting a car if you have not experienced driving here before -it is daunting. We were happy with the cabs and public transportation once we figured it out. It is truly an amazing home and a wonderful place that let our family be together, but with lots of space to have alone time as well. Do not hesitate to stay there. I already want to go back.
