We really liked the hotel. The staff were great and the room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative is the aircon didn’t work. The room was quite warm despite it being Dec. We opened the window instead but woke the next morning covered in insect bites.

Excellent stay with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Transport was easy-peasy outside with regular trams to Prague city centre also plenty of nearby local bars and shops. Only one slight downside for me was there not being an electric kettle in the room. All good though otherwise and i would definitely come here again !

Lovely property- shame the rooms did not have A/C. The 10th floor rooms were uncomfortably warm and had an impact on our sleep. Also limited room facilities- no Kettle or Coffee! However the staff were exceptional and could not have been nicer!

Satisfied with the stay.
Good location - albeit being slightly off-centre, the tram connection was super convenient, only <2mins to the station. The room was clean and warm, but note that room does not have a kettle. Breakfast option was on expensive-side, and we ended up eating at nearby cafes which were all very delicious. The mini game station in the lounge was more fun than we thought. The staff speaks okay english, and although there were some occasions with difficulties in communication, they tried to be helpful all the way through.

Mama Shelters never disappoint!
Being from LA we had high expectations for Mama Shelter Prague as the LA location is one of my favorite bars in town! Well, mama shelter Prague certainly did not disappoint! I highly recommend for individuals in their 20s/30s that are looking for a trendy, but Attentive experience. Although, there were people there of all ages, many families with children in addition to professionals. The dining experience was absolutely delicious better than some of the main restaurants in town. The staff was 24 seven and attentive in the area was very safe and secured with plenty of parking. Unfortunately, there is no room service and the restaurant closed relatively early On the However, we were able to order plenty of late night food with the food delivery app Service. I recommend this location for a trendy hotel experience.
