Bom hotel

Hotel novo com boa infraestrutura, piscina boa cafê da manhã na media, falta uma decoração no hotel para melhorar os ambientes, talvez algumas tvs ou sei lá, fica meio impessoal e frio os ambientes, garagem gratuita mas com limitação de altura 2 metros meu carro teve que ficar na rua mas foi de boa.

Lugar lindo!

Lugar maravilhoso, quartos super limpos, tudo em ótimo estado, café da manhã sensacional, só alguns contratempos mas não atrapalhou muita coisa. Uma sugestão para o hotel é melhorar o preço do jantar, muito caro na minha opinião, $79,00 por pessoa, deveria ter a opção por kilo, de resto tudo certo. Eu voltaria mais vezes.

Razoável precisa de melhorias

O hotel é bom mas precisa de melhorias na limpeza do quarto e piscina. Precisa de mais cadeiras e guarda -sol, café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. As toalhas da piscina não podem ser trocadas e há poucas opções no bar do hotel. O hotel poderia disponibilizar guarda sol na praia assim como o bar, eles poderiam terceirizar para um restaurante.

Foi muito boa, mas demorou muito o chek in. Ficamos mais de 2 horas para ter um quarto, mas pudemos aguardar na área da piscina. O quarto é bom e o hotel tb, mas não tinham cadeiras suficientes na área da piscina no dia mais cheio.

Experiência mediana

Para dormir, o hotel é ótimo. Mas por ser um hotel a beira da praia, ele perde oportunidades gritantes que até um Ibis, Rio Hotel e Rede Inn mais acessível tem. O interior branco e sem decoração lembra hospital, o café é muito aquém, e nos dias que eu fiquei, a piscina ficou interditada e sem almoço. O banheiro não é totalmente limpo após a arrumação do quarto. Não tem serviço de quarto e telefone no quarto. Poderiam aproveitar a sacada para uma cadeira de descanso e melhorar o acesso da portaria. Pra um hotel de praia, não tem serviço de bar com bebida e drinks depois das 18h, achei absurdo e conservador até demais. Hoteis mais simples do nordeste aproveitariam pra oferecer aluguel de bicicletas, cadeira de praia e essas coisas. Mas o pior é a cama: colchão pequeno e simples, lençóis bem péssimos em travesseiros desconfortáveis. Outro ponto é a TV, que só tem canal aberto, e o Wi-fi não funcionou. Ah, o chuveiro é elétrico e a tampa da privada estava quebrada. Pra um hotel novo, tinha muitos problemas básicos e gritantes. O hotel tem potencial, mas precisa melhorar urgentemente para oferecer uma experiência completa de um turista que vai pra praia (que é ótima e tranquila), e não apenas dormir.

Muito bom .

Foi tudo muito bom , conforto , estrutura do hotel . A unica coisa que senti falta foi servico de praia ou pelo menos a disponibilidade de guarda sol e cadeira , pois na frente do hotel nao tem quiosque .

Precisa melhorar !

Vista da piscina p praia linda , mais sem serviço de piscina , bar da piscina sem estrutura, piscina sem limpeza , colchão e roupa de cama novos , porém , de péssima qualidade, equipe bem inexperiente , serviços de limpeza dos quartos insuficientes, deixando os quartos de permanência por último , , e então normalmente fica sem limpar porque elas não conseguem atender a demanda , café da manhã fraco , gerente despreparado .

Hotel muito bom e praia tranquila

Passei a virada de ano no hotel, foi muito bom. Bom atendimento, funcionarios prontos a nos atender. Café da manhã maravilhoso, não tem o que reclamar, oferecem leite zero lactose o que me surpreendeu positivamente. Não servem almoço, apenas janta. O valor da janta é um pouco caro, e ao contrario do café da manhã faltou um pouco de variedade no cardapio, pelo menos tem a vantagem de poder comer a vontade. Na piscina senti falta de música ambiente e o bar tinha pouca opções para quem não toma bebidas alcoolicas e tambem não oferecem porções. O hotel fica numa praia tranquila, mesmo fim de ano tinha pouca gente na praia, pra quem não gostade muvuca é legal. O ruim pra quem vai sem carro é não ter nenhum comercio perto, precisar de farmacia, mercado tem que ir de uber ou andar uns 20 minutos até o centro de Mongaguá. Mas no geral foi uma ótima experiência. Recomendo!

Nem sei por onde começar, o quarto não tem telefone pra falar na recepção, o elevador sempre sem funcionar, esqueceram de limpar meu quarto e deram uma arrumada já era mais de 21:00 o que eu achei um absurdo, faltou luz na madrugada e com isso fiquei sem ar condicionado, falta água alguns dias, teve dia que não tinha toalha pra trocar, além de que fica super distante do centro o hotel não é em Praia Grande em si, fica em Mongaguá e achei longe.
