Conch Beach Villa offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is located on a prime lot -directly on spectacular Grace Bay Beach. Conch Beach provides a variety of exciting amenities, including a lovely beach seating area, a private tennis court with a basketball goal, and sea kayaks.


Location, location, location - Conch Beach Villa is located in the Turtle Cove neighborhood of Grace Bay Beach, away from the hotels and condos (enjoy low density!), yet within walking distance to six different restaurants as well as Turtle Cove Marina, offering all sorts of fun water activities, including deep-sea fishing, shallow reef fishing, sailboat & powerboat charters, glass-bottom boat tours, parasailing, a reef submarine, scuba diving, and more.


The friendly and capable team of local property managers will meet you at the villa and give a short orientation upon check-in.


Conch Beach Villa has been recently renovated, and the light and open floorplan are conducive to families and couples alike. Each of the three bedrooms opens into the central part of the villa, and the bathrooms are all modern and updated.

• A rental car is highly recommended for this island.

• Please note this property is typically offered in one-week​ blocks on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel, and we will see if we can make it happen!

• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given a $250 weekly AC allotment; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.
