All was close to perfect. Dropped our bags off early and rented scooters right onsite for traveling. Only two cons - pillows (no bueno) and vending machine would not work. Outside of that was great!!

This is the smallest room I’ve ever been in. The TV does not work. The microwave did not work, until I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Then it took 25 minutes to heat a piece of lasagna. One of the two bulbs over the sink is out. There is not so much as a chair, except for the bed there is no place to sit. It’s the only room in the place with a window A/C unit. The heat does not work. The mirror is scratched and there’s a booger on the lamp shade. An extension cord runs from the bathroom to the A/C unit. The lock on the top of the door was so loose I used my Swiss Army knife to tighten it. I’m old and if I stumble when leaving, I’ll fall right down some very short but steep steps to my death. They’re barely a step away! I feel like a prisoner. If I felt I could drive safely at night, I would leave. I’m considering sleeping in my car in the parking lot. This is how an old Marine is treated, terrible, just terrible. I guess I shouldn’t have worn my Marine hat when I entered the lobby…..I’m sure there’s more, but I imagine you get the gist of it. I wish I could end this with I’m kidding, I really do! Please don’t sell this room for them again, I’m new to Expedia and now wonder if they gave me this room because I booked through you. I did book a room in Boston, I hope it’s not anything like this. I’ve traveled the world while in the Maine Corps and always promised myself that if I lived long enough to retire I’d see some of my own country. Sad
