Worst hotel for service I have ever stayed at

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Sent 3emails or airport pick up replied on morning if flight asking for flight details and then never showed up! Asked about tours as well on email this was just ignored! Arrived 6pm no room ready had to wait until 6.30pm obviously to greedy for extra income for late check outs then go interests of arriving guests! Booked tour with guide with the hotel on arrival guess what no your guide they had to cover 3 groups dose a transfer to th underground river rather than a tour. Breakfast no organization very poor service you chase the staff for everything food on buffet cold one morning what looked like the manager appeared for 30 seconds so how busy it was and was not seen again, I think this sums op the total lak of customer service! Room serviced no towels left despite trying to call both reception and housekeeping no one ever picks up the phone ( not my 1st experience of that) had to go down to reception yo ask go towels! The rooms are a good standard but theprcepaid go hotel has a shocking customer care service skills. I did email all of the above to the hotel but guess what they ignored it!

Très bon hôtel

Tout est parfait sauf la taille des chambres et la quantité de rangements faible. Pour le reste c'est un sans faute. Le plus,c'est le design de l'hôtel
