Die neue Preisgestaltung erlaubt es kleineren Gruppen zu mieten. Der Grundpreis beträgt 399 US-Dollar für 2 Personen plus einem zusätzlichen Preis pro Person von 100 US-Dollar.

Von der Villa nur wenige Gehminuten von Mismaloya Strand sind sagte zu einem der Top 3 Strände in Mexiko sein. Wenn Sie nicht zu Fuß gehen können Sie ein Taxi für $ 5 zu nehmen. Dort können Sie von Liegestuhl am Rande Ozeane genießen Speisen und Getränken entspannen. Sie können auch mieten Jetskis und kleine Boote zu Los Arcos Felsen direkt vor der Villa besuchen. Die Boote werden auch Sie die Fische zu füttern und Reisen in andere Strände nur mit dem Boot erreichbar.

Beyond Expectations
LS Peña’s is a stunning property with a responsive and helpful owner and full time staff that genuinely care about your comfort and making your stay special.The location is perfect for relaxing, watching the whales and Los Arcos just off your private deck, or just a short walk to a beautiful beach and a short taxi (that the staff can arrange) into town.We all had a blast, and each bedroom was as nice as the other, all with beautiful ocean views.We felt safe, private, peaceful, and close to all we wanted to do, and we can’t wait to return.Thank you Linda, Luis, Marco, Yessi, and Laura for making our stay so special!

We would return to this house and great staff!
We had 3 couples and we were very happy with the house and staff. We wanted to be away from PV and we loved the quiet location. The house is light filled and spacious with room for all of us to spread out. The staff is very special and made the stay even more enjoyable. The only drawback is that there is no place to walk anywhere so we missed that. Enjoyed movie night every night and loved being together and not in separate house to units.

Villa Las Penas is a gorgeous property. Beautifully perched above the ocean and very well maintained. The staff is first class. Perfect for our group
This was a fantastic property for family which was a group of seven. We had three adult couples and our 16 year old daughter. I liked that we were a little bit out of Puerto Vallarta. I felt like it was more relaxing and the view/proximity to Los Arcos was amazing. Like others, we had plenty of whale watching at the property hanging out by the pool. We made the 10-15 minute walk a few times to Mismaloya, if you don’t want to walk, cabs are readily available. Marco, Laura and Yesenia made our stay great. We have other places to see first but would repeat the stay in a minute if we get back to Puerto Vallarta.

Absolutely wonderful villa
Our trip far exceeded my expectations. Laura made the most delicious food and Marco took care of our every need from drinks to serving food to helping with our excursions. Jesse was like Tinkerbell. She magically appeared and cleaned up the bedrooms and then magically was gone! These three made our vacation. Such kind and gentle souls who you just want to take home. Linda was fabulous on helping with all my questions. My only advice is to book now before it’s too late. You will thank me later, I promise.

Fantastic vacation home!
The description and photos are spot-on, the house is immaculate and the views are stunning. The waves crashing on the rocks below the house lulled us to sleep each night. The staff are sweet, friendly, and helpful in arranging activities and transportation, and every meal was delicious. We enjoyed the spa treatments (they come to the house!) that Luis arranged, and spent a lot of time out on the pool and patio. The house is well designed to offer views, shade and sun. The location is great for being out of the larger PV city but a 20-minute cab ride when we wanted to go there. La Zona Romantica is definitely worth a visit. We did not end up spending much time in Mismaloya, but the town of Boca de Tomatlan and its nearby beaches were gorgeous. Those waves crashing are no joke - some beach areas are not safe for swimming so check with Luis before you choose your destination. All in all we had an incredibly relaxing (and filling!) vacation week at this beautiful home, with wonderful people making sure we had a fabulous time. Gracias!

We loved everything!!
We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Las Peña’s. It was my family of 8 adults and my 3 year old son. A real gem of a place

Exceptional PV Experience!
I can't even begin to mention all of the positive points about this property. It's gorgeous, clean, comfortable, great location, amazing views, and stocked with everything needed. The staff members were absolutely incredible. They provide impeccable service and are genuinely kind people. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The food was incredible and the views of the sea and Los Arcos from the pool and patio are stunning. Before, during, and after our stay, the homeowner was extremely responsive and helpful. Paradise with a view and amazing people
We stayed at the Villa for my wife's 42nd birthday. Not only was the Villa amazing the staff was great as well . My 18 month old son took to Marco (House Manager) and treated him like family. Marco was great with my son taking time to play with him, old him and show him around. I can't say enough about the staff and the comfort they provided us the entire stay. We will be back! We are already planning our second trip to the villa.

BEST VIEWS EVER!
Wow, where to begin on this property… For starters, the view was absolutely amazing and can’t be beat. While there are many properties with gorgeous views around Vallarta, this villa is right on the ocean – and across from Los Arcos national park: something only a small handful of properties can offer. When you share picture of the place to your friend and family at home, they will be totally jealous! Standing at the edge of the pool, looking down as the clear water of the ocean splashed against the rocks with a pina colada in hand was one of my favorite things to do at the end of a hot day in town. You can hear the waves all day and night which is a wonderful sound or enjoy music over the patio as well. Each bedroom has it own sitting room or deck with a terrific view of the ocean and shoreline. Mismaloya Beach is a 5-minute cab ride around the corner. This is great for days when you don’t want to go into town and just want to relax somewhere other than the villa. La Zona Romantica – or Romantic Zone is maybe a 10–15-minute ride or so away as well. So, its close enough to get to tons of taco carts and shopping but far enough away that you aren’t feeling swamped with tourists all around. I wrote my original review on Word but surpassed the character limit. If that tells you anything - I could go on an on but can't fit it all in. Just go stay there and see for your self! Lastly, the staff is amazing too!

The house is wonderful, the staff is absolutely amazing!!! We had the kitchen stocked upon arrival, drinks and food made for us and absolutely breathtaking views! There was never a dull day even if we were just sitting in the pool staring out at the water. We saw fish jumping, manta rays and just an all over superb and relaxing time. There is a lot to do around when you feel you need to leave this beautiful home, but why leave! Thank you for a great experience!

The perfect vacation
This property is amazing! The view is breathtaking, the staff is so attentive, and every room is comfy and clean. We came here for my husbands 40th birthday and everyone made it so special. Special shout out to Marco and Luis who made everything from figuring out activities, getting taxis, to arranging massages just so easy and seamless. And thank you to Laura who made the best meals and even accommodated one of our guests who is gluten free! It was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Will definitely be back!
