Economy without comfort

The room was very small and very uncomfortable. The bad was close to the wall so that the person sleeping on that side had 6 inches of space to get in and out of bed. We decided to check out early and move to a different hotel. There were mo chairs to fit on in the room or on the balcony.

Definitely 4.5 star! Great location for bars, bus, stores, pharmacy, taco trucks, restaurants, and more. Only a few blocks from the Malecon too. It’s noisy tho, but we wanted a room with a balcony, so we expected it. The wifi was quite poor in the room, bringing the rating down. Although we were in PV for a holiday, we still needed connectivity with work, etc. good wifi in the lobby, excellent on the near-rooftop patio! Great pool too btw. Thank you !

The first room we got was extremely small, but as soon as we let the staff know we were not happy with it, they changed our room and the new one was perfectly fine much bigger with a patio. The hotel overall is older, which we expected. The location is perfect literally within a few minute walk to everything. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were extremely accommodating and the place is meticulously cleaned daily

The location of the property is excellent. This hotel has nice rooms but some rooms have a jailcell feeling to them. With that being said the whole building was quite clean and the staff is friendly.

Expected a nice clean place as shown in photos. Bathroom window cracked, old and rusty, unable to close. Door to balcony not secure. Have always requested a room with two beds without paying extra. The property was totally different from photos, very deceiving.

Inside rooms may me kind of nice but exterior rooms are REALLY worn out, super noisy, and a low one star at best! People were nice but the $147 would be too much even if it were $50. I get it was Holiday time but I've been around the good the bad and the terrible and this room 107 gets a capital T! Sheets were clean is the best I can say!

Lots of stairs, no elevator, shower ran hot to cold nothing in between, shower head barely worked, no in room coffee maker or motel lobby coffee available. No ice, drinking water available in hallway via a 5 gallon dispenser to plastic pitcher for your room. Facility very old and lots of wear. No washcloths or hand towels available. Room safe did not appear useable was defaced. In room fridge froze contents even after adjusting temp setting. No electrical outlet near bed for electronic charger, no nightstand, or lamp, no chair in room. Wifi worked well, enjoyed the rooftop patio and sunbathing deck. The picture of the pool is very deceptive, very small. Lots of street noise on busy road, relentless barking of dogs on balcony across the street. Very convenient to beach, about 4 blocks, in the romantic zone with close. Access to restaurants, bars.

The pictures do not match the rooms or common spaces offered. They obviously had professional help to stage the place. The room was bad. Only plus what it was cheap.
