This is a beautiful hotel. Mostly on days when the weather is good. There is not front canopy so when you arrive in the rain you are going to get wet coming inside and going to your room. They have an open air hallway to the rooms so you will get wet taking your luggage to the room. Other than that it is wonderful. Beautiful. And very nature oriented. The pools in the back are beautiful but was unsure if the bigger one was some kind of show pool considering the chairs all are oriented that way and it looks like something from SeaWorld. But other than that. The rooms were clean and the showers were hot.

Terrific resort with a broad range of things to do on the premises. Breakfast buffet is top-notch. Having the activity center provides great activity options. Big enough to have a full range of services, but small enough to be quite serene.

we booked an ocean view. No ocean view. The room was dirty and had ants and roaches. we requested a non-smoking room. They give us a smoking room with shared AC with other smoking room. the room had smoke all the time. we had to book another hotel to escape

This was a great way to spend my night in Tahiti before flying onwards. The staff is so nice and accommodating. I arrived on a very early flight and they immediately took my bags so I could go enjoy the resort. The pool is unbelievable. It is very clean and easy to walk into and has the incredible view of Moorea. It is so beautiful. I enjoyed my time just relaxing on the chairs, with towels provided from the staffed pool-house. The food and drinks were all very high quality. I had this incredibly delicious eggplant dish. I didn’t realize my room was going to be a full suite with a kitchen that was outfitted. If I had wanted to cook simple things I would have easily been able to do so. The bed and ammenities were all very very nice and the room was huge. When I come back to Tahiti I will not hesitate to stay again and hopefully for a couple more days!

Te Moana Tahiti Resort is good although a bit expensive. The swimming pool is very nice. The elevator did not work during my two days at the hotel.

The location was nicer than some of the resorts that are closer into Papeete. The ocean view rooms we stayed in had a good view. One our main concerns was the noise level from the pool area, which went fairly late each evening, and noise very early in the morning from the roosters that are around the property.

The property is very nice and well landscaped with an excellent pool and access to swim in a large natural reef. It is very French in the sense that there are more French customers than the Intercontinental so it is more authentic to the local traditions.
