Well maintained and relatively new property. All you would expect from a high/mid range hotel. Excellent location on the beach and just a few minutes from Pancake Rocks. Staff were friendly and helpful. It exceeded my expectations.

The view. Room was way way too hot. General manager agreed to a partial refund. A person needs a room to breathe. With only 1 window that had a slim amount of air. It was impossible to sleep. Got up and left asap. Ask if you have balcony first.

Only one complaint, but pretty big one. The bed was entirely uncomfortable. I was booked in a room with a queen and twin bed. My wife and I had to split up due to the queen sinking to the middle. Staff and location were lovely. But as I pay to sleep there the bed was rough

Hotel room was quite nice. The dinner menu for New Year’s Eve was excellent. Service wasn’t that great. VERY slow. When I asked for a napkin to dry a little spilled water, the waitperson said, “Here’s a napkin to clean up the mess you made.” Skip the breakfast buffet! Front reception staff very helpful.

Great location near the beach which is easily walkable. Pancake rocks is right up the road and walkable as well. A few food options in area, no groceries nearby so come prepared. Beach area was awesome but watch for the sand flies!

it was a good stop over lots of cool walks along the beach. Work trip so needed a middle point restaurant was very accommodating to allergies and staff were very friendly
