Couldn't have asked for a better resort. The staff the if I had one complaint it was in room 2527. The air conditioner needs to be updated. It's it's not. It would definitely wasn't cool enough for us for sure

Great resort overall. The only thing that could improve is the bathrooms and the staff not changing the sheets the entire stay. They get pretty sandy, but overall a great resort. I felt very safe the food options were great and staff was amazing and friendly. Will definitely be back

Beach, pools, activities, animation, crepe and pizza stations were amazing. Check in wasn’t easy we waited for 3 hours to get in the room. Room was old and needed renovation. Cleaning was average. Food in general was not good. Options are limited and dinning restaurants are fully booked 2 days ahead. So you get stuck in very limited options. Over all was a good vacation but there is a room for improvement.

We stayed for 4 nights 5 days. Pros : great price overall and great proce to upgrade the room , 20 minutes from the airport, beautiful beachfront location, great amenities, friendly staff, spacious room, bathroom and balcony with a hammock. The buffet always had a variety of local and foreign meals, fruits and vegetables. The entertainment and the classes were also enjoyable. The pool is huge and the bar staff were good. Very family friendly environment. There was a doctor, mini mart, pharmacy, coffee store and boutiques on site. All convenient and with good products. Cons : there is no shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel so you will have to find your way there. Our room did not have power for a day and half before maintenance came to take a look and fix it. Every restaurant on site is only open for dinner service and you have to make a reservation on line but NONE of the restaurants had availability for our stay so the buffet and room service was our only meal option. We had issues with the room key wristband as a good portion of the time it didn’t work. The 3rd party vendors on the beach and the outdoor lobby area were too aggressive and did not take no for an answer the first time. Overall I rate the stay 8 out of 10 despite the cons and I would return to this resort.

We like our stay but few things were not good. Towel for pools were limited. We had no electricity for few hours like 4-5 and that was a big inconvenience because no electricity means no water. It was very dark and scary.

I didn't like it. People very irresponsible very poor services lock of information. No body help us to get our ride to the airport. I have to paid separately. Very upset 😡 because I prepaid up-front for everything included. I will not get your services again.

We went with friends for a week, just got back. This is a beautiful resort, with great staff, and a really nice beach. We were met with super friendly wait staff - so not sure why there are so many negative reviews. We did tip, but even if we didn't the service didn't change. The downfall we felt was that there weren't enough bartenders at any of the bars- but they did a great job getting through the crowds. The grounds are well kept, and stunning...but be prepared to walk its larger then we initially thought. Beach was great, bring water shoes as it is rocky in parts. It's very shallow and you can actually walk past the barrier a few hundred feet. Food is what we've come to expect from Dominican resorts. We would often skip the lunch buffets to do either pizza, panini's or crepes. The dinner buffet is the same most nights - and not the best. We enjoyed the Italian & Japanese restaurants.. accidently got the timing wrong for the Steak House which we heard is the best one, and we didn't enjoy the tapas. I would say get reservations for as many nights as you can. I was able to get 4 as soon as we checked in and then add another Italian later on in the week by checking daily. The biggest issue was 2 people in our party were put into a room without wifi or tv - and it took 3 days to get them into a different room. No upgrades or apologies were made just kept being told someone would come fix it. Overall we enjoyed our stay :)

We had an all around decent stay for 5 nights, but honestly we would probably not stay there again. Our main complaints were as follows; 1) Literally seconds after we checked in at the front desk we were bombarded by a staff member who was trying to get us to schedule a “Free” VIP membership breakfast. We reluctantly agreed to give our name and room number. Two days later, the employee showed up at our room wanting us to go with her. All of the while she was asking us to make sure we had our IDs and credit card. We took about 50 steps and then decided we did not want to go. It was very awkward and she was pushy. We ended up having to walk away. Very uncomfortable situation. 2) The room service to get more water and towels took hours, and on one occasion the next day. 3) The pool towel situation is a complete disaster. When you check in you get cards to get towels and when you are given the towels, they take your cards. Our last day I was trying to scramble to return the towels so I could get the cards back and and they were not open in the morning. There were people waiting to get towels for the pool. 4) this is a very large resort. Depending on which building you stay in, to walk to the main dining hall and back is a half mile. 5) The beds were not comfortable, and we only had one pillow each. Both of our necks were sore. The things that we did like are as follows: Food options, La Carte options , pool drinks, bar staff, beach, pool.
