Reyson at the Steak Restaurant was one of the best workers I have met. I made sure to visit the bar at that restaurant just to make sure he would make me a drink

The resort has a wonderful garden and pool area. The beach was very busy, a lot of day beds but very nice. Our room was big and convenient, although we are no big fans of having just a glass door to the toilet due to lacking privacy. We would have appreciated knowing in advance that our room was one of the only two that never has sun but only shadow. We booked a room with a private day bed as we looked forward to using our daybed for some moments in the sun. The room service was ok: sometimes we had to ask for enough towels which were not always provided. The lunch restaurant was nice and the seafood was very good. We did not enjoy the dinner options too much: The offer of the buffet was amazing and plenty but the atmosphere in the buffet area was rather like a canteen. Sitting outside in the steak restaurant was a bit nicer but the food here was average. We didn't know before that a reservation for the French and Japanese restaurants was required and when we arrived we were told that both were fully booked. Luckily we managed to get reservations and in both restaurants the food was nice. I would have loved to have more options of Caribbean food. The staff in the bars was absolutely lovely and also in the adults only pool area. Many thanks to Jesus and his colleagues. We wondered why the music in the public area speakers already started at 5.00 am as we woke up every morning due to this music. Overall it was very nice stay and we felt very safe in the entire resort.

The resort was incredible. Staff was extremely kind and caring, and food was delicious. There were a few options for restaurants but I would say hands down, hibachi is the best! Our room was incredibly spacious and cozy and we opted for the swim up/out and we loved every part of it. We will be returning to Majestic again, 10/10 recommend.

The property is beautiful and serene with something for everyone to do. I didn't like that my room was beside housekeeping room and was woken at time by their talking and noise. The staff treat White people better than people of color, quite insulting. I had to discuss with them each time I visit this property. it almost to the degree of insulting Black people. A couple of time I got off elevator to dark hallway, felt unsafe. I come to property for relaxation.

The staff were very welclming and friendly and everything was well run. There is a beautiful beach with many activities to do. Every night the had shows and the whole place was very clean and nice. Overall would recommend this resort for anyone and it is well worth it.
