Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Old town Quebec. Majestic scenery and views of the area. Not sure if I would say kid friendly but not everywhere should be. Great restaurants on property and nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room wasn’t ready at checking so complimentary drinks at the bar were offered and a gift in the room more than made up for the short delay. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property and excellent, attentive staff. Food options are some of the best in the area, but it is centrally located so stores and restaurants are a short walk away. Highly recommend!

The Fairmont was centrally located and perfect for walking. The Room was advertised as a queen bed and it certainly wasn’t my definition of a queen bed. The bathroom was also very small with no counter space. Overall, I did think it was overpriced and they charged additionally for parking, which I thought was overboard.

Way overpriced. We paid extra for a river view and the window had so many spider webs on it that it appeared to have been decorated for Halloween. They gave us a 40% discount. The room was small. The restaurants were always too busy to accommodate us.
