The location is great with lots of good restaurants in walking distance. The mattresses were a little lumpy and the rooms aren’t very sound proof. The cleaning people routinely came at 8am while we were still in bed, so we had to request if we needed anything (primarily a coffee refill). The staff was very helpful when my wallet was unfortunately stolen at D’Orsay Pub and helped me report it to the police. Overall, it was a good value for the location.

Great location in Old Quebec city. Pleasant and helpful staff. Property appears to have been recently renovated and well maintained. Many great shops and restaurants within short walking distance.

Bernard, who checked me in, was so amazing Im sending a letter to the manager to tell him. Bernard let me practice my French and helped me out when I needed it. He was so warm and welcoming, and had a brilliant smile. Whenever I would leave the hotel we waved to each other.
