Consistently Comfy

We stay at Aloft Chapel Hill once or twice a year and it is always clean, comfortable, and there is coffee! Bonus - we can bring our pup and the kiddos love the pool. Extra bonus - it's super affordable.

I have a piece of advice, please bring your bathing suit and enjoy the heated pool, omg, so amazing! The rooms are so spacious and the staff was very friendly, the shower was heavenly and the hair products top notch, I will definitely be back!

A really good modern hotel with a nice pool where we had lots of fun with our granddaughter. Staff was nice but no one seemed especially happy to have us there. More smiles and an "Honored Guest" experience would have been nice.

We stayed here for Christmas 2024 (4-nights, 5-days); Super clean, VERY COMFORTABLE BIG BEDS!! Our room was very quiet, huge rooms. Modern, great dining within less than a block, lots of delivery options too. Brenz Pizza was AMAZING if you like pizza then this is a MUST (no joke!) Hotel staff were probably the most welcoming, accommodating & easy to work with - gourmet grocery store (Market Fresh) literally across the walkway maybe 500 ft. If you like Whole Foods on steroids and better prices… Market Fresh is for you. Easy access to freeway, maybe 20 minutes to RDU Airport. Chapel Hill is beautiful & so much history. Lots to do in town & lots of energy. Highly recommend & we will definitely stay here again when we come back in a few months. LAST NOTE: Internet here is fast, & secure, husbsnd MUST have secure internet for work; Gov & military safe.

The woman at the front desk was brusque and not very helpful. There was a laundry cart sitting out in the hallway at 9:00 pm and was still there in the morning. The hallways are creepy and dark. The shower was awesome.

Immaculate, perfect!

This room was immaculate! Every detail was attended to! The beds were heavenly, soft and immaculately made. The room was vacuumed and completely hairless! The bathroom surfaces were all perfectly clean and dry! Thank you, aloft!

Older property, not very clean. Although I paid for room in advance she told me I got last room and was about to lose the room. (I have not checked in as we were at a sporting event) she said it was aloft rule to give room away if someone else wanted it?!
