This my "go-to" hotel in Raleigh-Durham when traveling on business. Close to the airport, it has modern, comfortable rooms and one of the best (free) hot breakfasts I've ever had. Highly recommended.

Was kind of put out by the holes in the sheets. I don’t sleep with holes in my sheets at home, so I expect the same when I’m paying to stay away somewhere. Was just there for a night. Other than that, no other complaints.

The check in was great with Dedee and fellow helping to find something for bags. Omelette station was good and had other contenitial items. Big to soft for me. But major problem was found 4 lady bugs in room in two days(bathroom,living room, bedroom). Told DeeDee after 3rd she told general manager and they never came out to apologized or say anything. Told deedee they could other drink from bar but that's all no kind of refund because booked with hotels. Com.. I felt unappreciated visiting from Baltimore. First time staying at Hyatt house and probably last. Great location though..

the bedsheets smelled like fabric softener, I have never experienced that at a hotel. I was happy when I crawled into bed. It is a modern-looking hotel that was clean with friendly folks!
