Requested 2 rooms side by side, but when we ooened the doors, they hadn't been cleaned yet. It was soon sorted out and our new rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Better than average complimentary breakfast and much nicer breakfast room

As a family we booked this hotel to use the pool, the pool was VERY cold. Day 1,2,3 we mentioned it to the front desk. We were told they keep it at 77-78. It was so cold the little kids (3&5) couldn't enjoy being in it long before shivering and needing to get out. There is no outdoor pool as advertised. The hot tub was filled with hot water - the jets were not working and they said they were waiting for parts to finish fixing it. It had lots of debris floating in it. The shower at the pool didn't warm up any day we were there (Monday-Saturday) the soap was always empty, the clock on the wall was broken so hard to Guage time in tub, and everyday we had to call the front desk to ask for towels. The last night we called and there were 13 people in the room and they brought 9 towels to put on tables around the pool. Our room was mostly clean, the bedding had pizza/spaghetti sauce on it when we got there. We turned the a/c down the first day and never did the room temperature change - it always registered 22. We did have a coffee machine in our room, the first day we had only decaf and after that we were given packages of coffee grounds - that didn't work in the machine in our room. We ended up buying a Keurig to use. The hand sanitizer in front of the elevator was empty, or didn't work, our entire stay. Breakfast was mediocre - it says it's on until 10 but if you show up after 9 many things are out and you are not always provided with anything if you ask. Waffle batter was

This hotel has a high pet fee. I don’t mind this, as I assumed they put this fee into cleaning the pet friendly rooms. Our room stank so badly of pee our little dog didn’t know what to make of it. I didn’t want to put my stuff on the carpet as I feared it would also stink. Hotel gym was ok. 1 of 3 treadmills were operational which is good. Breakfast was solidly average. Not sure id stay here again, as I think I’d recommend the Microtel across the road. Could just be bad luck on my part.

All around great stay. 2 days end of July 2024. Got to check in a few hours early and took a dip in the pool and hot tub. Staff were very happy with my infant giving all smiles all the time. Will stay again if I head out to red deer in the future.
