First, getting to the property is quite inconvenient. All access to the property was either through unnamed alleys or parking lots attached to other hotels and restaurants and all of them were covered with snow/ice pack. Checkin was fine. Staff were pleasant and accommodating, although there is really no benefit to doing checkin ahead of arrival. Won't bother with that again. Our room was large and clean, but very drafty. Both the patio doors and the heating unit were not properly sealed from the outdoors. Also, the heater in the room sometimes failed to start at an appropriate time when it was cooling off in the room. This caused some anxiety.

Right from the start, it was perfect. I asked if they had any ground floor rooms. She said we were already booked in the ground floor! We parked outside our patio!! The rooms were amazing. King suite for this price is super impressive. We will definitely stay with Travelodge more often and I don’t hesitate in highly recommending this property!!

Great price and large rooms!

The room was an excellent price and very large! I love that it had a bathtub as opposed to just a shower because I have a bad back and I like to soak in the tub after a day of walking.
