Enjoy the best comfort with us in our approx. 43 m² 1-room apartment with a large balcony. The apartment is ideal for 1 - max 3 people. A very cozy feeling of space is given despite or especially through the sloping ceilings. The combined living / sleeping area embodies in particular our spatial concept of free and open living. The urban Bavarian atmosphere continues throughout our chalet. Lots of light, warm wood, high-quality furniture and interiors and cozy warm fabrics. It is precisely this pleasant alpine style that immediately gives you a feeling of home. Let yourself be surprised.

The covered private balcony extends over the entire length of the Giebelstadl and has a sheltered alcove on both sides. The balcony also has outdoor lighting and an external socket, as well as a clothes rail to air and dry clothes. It is a great place to relax or just enjoy a cup of coffee or tea.

The really special thing about our two apartments is that they can also be rented together because they are next to each other on the top floor and have a common gallery. This also offers another exclusive privacy that you can only get in a family home.

You have the option of booking an underground parking space in our house for a fee of EUR 10.00 / day. (see contact form) This would protect your vehicle against all adverse weather conditions and you would have the privilege of never having to shovel your vehicle out of deep snow or start your excursions in the scorching heat. Alternatively, you can also use public parking spaces for a fee. B. available at the ballroom.

You can of course also travel to us with your electric vehicle. Charging (for a fee) is available in our house. There is also a Tesla charging station in Reit im Winkl.

Your safety is very important to us. We have therefore installed smoke detectors throughout the chalet. Also available for you in the gallery:

Our studio apartment is in the attic. Unfortunately, we do not have accessibility in-house.

We also cannot accept pets, out of consideration for our other guests.
