The room was clean and quiet. We did go during a busy time and the food court and walking paths in the hotel were pretty dirty. The elevator situation was pretty bad. There was consistently at least a 30 minute line to just get on it. The majority of people opted to walk up over 15 flights is stairs to get to their room. If you are going during a not busy time, I think this would be a great place to stay. If you are going during busy times, I would recommend somewhere else.

I could not make my reservation due to a snow storm and cal trans closed down the highway my family and I were stuck over night on hwy80 sleeping in our car. I called the hotel and they told me to call expedia and now expedia is saying im out of my money and can not re book my reservation. I will never book through expedia again or make a reservation with circus circus again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Room has quite a few broken bathroom fixtures. Requested a king bed, got two queens. Used self checkin because it was insane in the lobby so I didn’t know about beds before. The room voucher was printed in a very tiny font so hard to tell which tower we were in. It really is not the same since Covid.
