Nice resort, newly renovated.

Very nice newly renovated resort and clean and comfortable. We couldn’t manage the thermostat so the room seemed to always be cold but housekeeping was accommodating with a couple of blankets. Our room happened to be next to where a lot of the construction right next to us so there was a lot of noise early in the morning and no use opening the curtains because that’s all you could see!! Our only complaint would be the pillows! They were so large and very uncomfortable to the point we had a crick in our neck after sleeping on them. There were only 2 huge pillows on the beds so it was either have a crick in your neck or sleep without one.

This place is poorly managed, poorly run and super cheaply made. They don’t clean the rooms and it’s new and things in the room don’t work. The staff don’t seem to care most likely because they are compensated correctly or trained.

This hotel is a short walk to the main areas. It’s not as busy and lively as the downtown area. A great spot to go back to and relax. The gym was the only downside. It was super small and didn’t provide paper towels or anything to wipe down the machines. A water station would have been nice there as well.

Hotel room is nice but I did see a lot of dust on top of the refrigerator. Sink area didn’t have a roll of paper towels. But over all the experience was great.
