Will definitely stay again!

This is our 2nd time staying and one of our favorite places to stay. Only thing that we didn’t like this time was our room was to hot. The display said 65 but room stayed between 75-80. Also the indoor pool could be keep a little warmer. Otherwise the place is great and staff is very friendly. Great location. Definitely staying here anytime we come to Reno.

I booked here not knowing what to expect and it was awesome. The staff super friendly, our room was very spacious. It was older but updated and the level were on was Native American theme which was cool because it was my husband's family. The vibe was cool, but you also get a feeling of a lot of history there.

The hotel is nice and a few minutes from the river. You can walk to visit the museums and the city center. From the windows of the guest lounge you can see the beautiful landscape of the mountains covered with a little snow that contrast with their natural colors. You can also see the river and some ducks and geese. I wish there was somewhere to have breakfast. Café Capello was closed for remodeling. In the guest lounge you can relax reading a book, having a tea or coffee, playing billiards. On my next visit I will stay at this hotel again.

This was such a fun hotel. The pool is warm, big, and you have a TV by it, which was surprisingly entertaining. Also loved the free beverages and pool table in the room next to the pool. The Crafted Palatte restaurant right across the street was great too.

Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean, staf was veey nice. The only downfall was the bar across the street. Even being up on the 17th floor there was very loud yelling and screaming till 3am.

A getaway from the Ghetto way

Great little resort in the heart of downtown Reno. No casino on the bottom so we didn’t have to deal with the old people and the damn cigarette smoke.

Cute, family friendly hotel in a fantastic locatio

We stay in Reno every time we ski and love this little hotel so much. We’ve been here 3 times and it’s an unassuming place that’s packed with goodness. By far, our favorite place. There is a nice guest lounge with a billiards table, an espresso machine, and a warm indoor pool that my kids absolutely love. The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. The location is perfect too - it’s just a few blocks from the major casinos and lots of food options, so very walkable. This place is also a steal. While the price looks higher, I don’t think they charge a resort fee like other hotels. The people working there are also very kind. Lovely place, would stay again.
