Exceeded my expectations

Fantastic experience!!! The man at the front desk at check in might have been the friendliest person Ive ever encountered at any hotel ive ever stayed in. The rest of the staff was just as friendly. Every time we passed someone we were greeted with a smile and a hello. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and will be using again in the future.

The hot breakfast was ready promptly at 6:30 am. The staff were friendly, the room was clean. A suggestion for improvement: light the hotel sign on the road. It's difficult to see at night; were it not for GPS navigation, I would have driven past the hotel.

It is a nice place but there is room for improvement. Toilet didn’t flash properly. Staff was kind enough to change the room instantly, but the second room had its plumbing problems as well. Housekeeping never cleaned the room after first day. Other than that room was clean and they serve good breakfast.

It was clean and convenient. Because of the forecasted snow storm I left 1 day early but could not cancel the second night fee because it was booked on Expedia. The staff was willing to cancel had I booked directly through the hotel. Unfortunately I used Expedia. In the future I will go direct

We’ve stayed here at least 8 or 9 times. Between here and the Hilton garden inn which is literally next door depending on the better deal. Never had to pay to park in their lot. Now not only is it $ 7 but we were charge for two days parking when we’ve actually stayed 18 hours! What a scam. Also “remodeling” removed the coffe table/ hassock that was in front of the sofa. This leaves you with no place to put your drink iPod etc. we pulled the fedk chair over. And put a book on it.really people. Ripping us off. Last time we’ll stay here.
