My girlfriend hated it!

The air conditioning was so loud it interrupted our sleep all night! Ridiculous to loudly click on and off every few minutes! Otherwise it was OK. You should trim the tree tops so guests can see the ocean from front porches.

Check in and out is via text and email. There is seldom anyone at the desk so if there is a problem you send a text , after 9:30am and before 5:30. One of the 2 days there was no water coming out of the hot water faucet. The place is clean, quiet and nice otherwise.

Nice place. Very relaxing. The only issues I have are the following: 1- Hot tub has a lot of black mold. Hot tubs are already very unsanitary with many microorganisms living in the water due to the heat of the water, but to also add the black mold around the deck and also around the edge of the tub is very disgusting. 2-The floors in the room were not very clean. Don’t think they were swept nor mopped. 3- Also, wish the curtains were blackout. Is nice to sleep in when you’re on vacation. Is not possible when the sun is coming in through the windows. 4- Also my husband felt that the bed was very uncomfortable. Not sure if there were bed bugs, but I was very itchy. Which it made it very difficult for me to have a good night of rest. 5-noticed a lot of mold around the windows and other places. 6- The water heater is a liability. Did not take a hot shower due to the cheap water heater. Which is leaking. Felt very unsafe. An electrical wire connected to a pipe that’s leaking water. 7- lots of rust everywhere Overall, is in a nice location. The staff is very attentive. However, it needs some work.

They need to give you more towels just because they don’t have room service before you need them and can’t don’t help. And I think that they can make a better parking lot because it’s a dirt parking lot. Apart from that I loved it.
