I loved my stay here. Because it’s high season, we didn’t get to extend our stay but Mayra and the staff were so helpful. They let us use the hospitality room to wash up after the beach. And they let us keep our luggage for a few hours because our flight was in the evening. The breakfast was super good and the staff were very nice and kind. Jonatan was also very nice, always saying hi and asking us if we needed anything. Everyone in the reception area was helpful. I needed to print something and they helped me with the matter. The room was kept clean and house keeping was great! Overall I think it’s an excellent hotel. I wished the pool was bigger but there’s a beach right across the street so that’s not a problem. I will definitely stay here again and I’m so happy I picked this property. It’s also centered where there’s restaurants and establishments all around. I will suggest to book the breakfast because it was so good and worth it (in my opinion). Honorable mention to Mayra who checked us in and was very helpful and pleasant. Also to Jonatan. Marcos helped us with our luggage and he was nice as well. Stay here for a pleasant experience!

My check-out time was 12pm. I went to the front desk requested to check-out at 3pm. Front desk staff said I had to pay $150 to stay until 3pm smh. So the only option he gave me was 1pm check-out for free. The reason why I wanted to stay couple hours longer because my flight departure was at 11pm. Cleaning person was very help. I left my wet clothes in the bathtub and she actually picked it up hang up my wet clothes. This property is close to everything. I would say it was in the middle of Copacabana.

the front desk lady got loud with my friend because she inquired for a security check to be done in the room since she mistakenly forgot an item in the room. In addition to that we asked for the hospitality room and booked it in advance, but for some reason a white couple came and was given the room first despite us booking in advance and we had our flight to catch... racist much...yeah honestly..its a 2 FOR ME... i only give a 2 because the shower pressure was fantastic...the food was wack for breakfast too dont bother.

I normally stay next door at the JW Marriott but they were full. Too bad now that I have found Windsor California Hotel which is half the cost per night, better breakfast. Good bye JW Marriott

Pool was dirty, you can see floating hair and oils, not proper filtration, dark water. Carpet in bedroom were dirty with stains, bathroom was dark, no lights in shower. Furniture were outdated and needs replacement, glass panel was shattered in our deck. Very disappointed since we book called "Luxury Room". Staff was great.

The staff is very welcoming and professional, most speak english, which I much appreciated. The hotel is neat, clean, and very modern in appearance with all the amenities you could want...has a 5 star feel for sure! It's also conveniently located in the middle of the strip with equal distance to either end of the beach. Lots of restaurants in the area within walking distance. The accommodations for early arrivals and late departures were much appreciated as well!

Lovely hotel in the middle of Cocacabana beach. Can’t find anything negative to say about this hotel. Would certainly book it again if we ever return to wonderful Rio de Janeiro!!

Hotel rooms etc feel quite tired - let's be honest, the rooftop pool is the star of the show. Staff were a mixed bag, some helpful; others not so much. Had a leak in my room when I arrived which took 2 requests to get fixed. Lobby etc is nice and I liked the pool area although it is busy for its relatively small size. Not too bad for the price compared to other more upmarket hotels on the strip.

Lovely hotel. All the staff very helpful especially Yarrah & Myrah on reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Eloiza at breakfast was very attentive. A great hotel on Copacabana beach ❤️ and a great location for bars & restaurants.

The property was most certainly convenient, accessible to shopping, and eateries. The breakfast was great and definitely a good amenity for the hotel. However, we were not fond of the hotel staff, the room is extremely basic/bland/tiny with absolutely no view, and the pool is a matchbox. I don’t believe we’d visit again but the food was delicious.

Good hotel in Copacabana beach Av Atlantica, spacious and comfortable bed, nice shower. Breakfast is very expensive so decided to go out many bakeries and cafes nearby. Paid for vallet parking but with discount applied for guests. Hotel staff also helpful. Good hotel as the area is full of shopping and dining options.
