This place was great, loved the free breakfast! All of the staff we met were friendly, helpful and kind! Unfortunately, the hotel charges $29 a night for uncovered parking & they do not even guarantee the safety of your property... I find this to be insane, especially considering they didn't let me know I would be charged the fee as a guest!!!

This hotel is well located for walking around central Riverside. It is close to the Mission Inn. All of our interactions with staff were excellent. However the “bar” didn’t have olives and had to search for vermouth…

The room was clean. Walking distance from many shops in downtown Riverside. Staff needs to work on customer service a bit more when it comes to early check-in.

Very pleasant stay. Great location; convenient to everything. Very walkable. Pool was heated and clean. Free breakfast offerings were great—helped offset the price of parking ($29–ouch). Definitely recommend.

Staff and room were nice but the experience we had wasn't ideal. We were on the second floor and had an upstairs neighbor with an affinity for stomping loudly around their room most of the time we were present in our room. The ceiling wasn't constructed in a way that could've absorbed that noise so it was difficult to sleep and an alternate room wasn't available. Staff were nice about it when we spoke to them and I don't blame them, but it was a bad experience tying to get rest. Additionally the road next to the window was noisy, lots of car alarms and people making noise off the street. Parking was an issue as well, they don't have enough on hotel property so we had to park at an auxiliary lot near the mission inn and walk down the block after midnight. I won't be staying here again, it was expensive and not a good enough experience to justify the cost.
