Elevators were broken so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with 3 kids hauling all our luggage up the stairs … the hallways smelled like mildew and people smoking right at the doors this use to be my favorite hotel while stopping through town but it’s just an over priced motel 6 now

Elevator broken. Dirty bed cover. Whole building smells bad. Key didn't work on side door so I had to go around to front with my hands full. Missing a section of the window blinds so you can see in from the parking lot. Dirty footprint in shower. The transient people hanging out in the parking lot late at night, we're still in the exact same place the next morning. Uncomfortable bed. Did I mention that the hotel smells badly??

We got a room on the 4th floor and Elevator was out of order. Front dest said its hasn't been working for 3 weeks. Not good. Only one Elevator for such a bog building.

Micheal, Simone,Renee and the Gm Elizabeth were all top notch customer service representatives. I encourage them all to keep that same energy and hopefully all that come in contact with them will give it back.

Me and my fiancé stayed at the Norco location on two separate occasions. I must say while at this location we had no issues with the . All the staff members were very helpful in assisting us and our needs. The general manager Elizabeth Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We would definitely be back at this location.

Me and my fiancé stayed at the Norco location on 2 occasions. I must say both times were very pleasant and quiet. We had no issues with the room, staff or residents . I must say all the staff and the general manager Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.We will definitely be back again.

I’m writing this review for the Extended stay hotel in Norco ,Ca . This would be me and my fiancé’s second time staying at this location. I must say both times were very pleasant. The location is easy to locate. The floor we stayed on appeared to be quiet. Our room was nice and clean. What ever we needed the staff had no problem providing us with any necessary items . All the staff that we came in contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. Team leader Michael, Simmon, Renee, Melissa in house keeping and the General Manager Elizabeth all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. If I misspelled any staff’s member’s name or left out any staff members , forgive me. You all are amazing ,and keep up the awesome team work and customer service.
