Arrived a little after 12am, desk at the hotel was closed so had to walk to the casino to have security let someone know we were there to check in. Couldn't have acted any more inconvenienced that I was there. Room was old but clean for the most part, minus the sticky bathroom floor. Area looks a bit sketchy and I've never heard of a casino that closes at 3am, or should I say 2:55. Security basically harassed us to get out from 2:15 onward, every 5 minutes reminding us that they want everyone out by 2:55. You would think if you're hurting for business, which Sam's Town obviously is, you would be nicer to the people spending money there. Cocktail waitress was amazing but that's about the only good thing in the casino.

First room I stayed in he’d mold all inside shower curtain… next day I stayed in another room.. toilet was extremely loud and long… staff made me wait over 7 minutes in the lobby for an iron. Even I asked to leave she said the man had to find one and he don’t have a radio smh not my problem. When he gets down here just give him my room number. The lady paying our players card was nice at first until I asked a question she felt like I should know.. about how to use the card. She get smart and all sarcastic.. well I haven’t been here before this week and I buried my daddy on this same day of me and her encounter. So.. sorry I’m thoughtless right now and couldn’t understand how to use the card smh
